Take this off FACEBOOK what is wrong with Facebook for allowing this crap! All these ads on Facebook for facial products clothing hair and so many people paying for products that never come and never get your money back! You would think by now they would have figured out a way of eliminating all these sites on the internet, Facebook!

I ordered several shirts and paid for them with my credit card and never received anything. The order said placed, paid for, shipped, and yet nothing arrived. I cannot get them to answer me and give me a refund. They need to be investigated!

After seeing an ad on Facebook for some cute shirts I ordered a few items from the website. The pictures look professional and it seems legit, until you receive your order. What they send are cheap knockoffs of what is pictured. One of the tops was completely see thru, one the armpit holes were cut too small and the flowers on the print are blurry, the other was nothing like what was in the website picture.

They ship from China, but nowhere on the website does it tell you this.

I have tried to get my money back and they just want to offer a percentage. I will Keep warning others not to purchase from this site.

After placing order money is immediately charged to credit card but nothing is ever delivered or refunded. For the first 3 months they simply ignored my emails, then started sending non-sensical replies.

Thousands of people are getting ripped off. Please shut this con site down!

This company is stealing other business' clothing, designs, and photos while claiming them as their own and when someone orders something the company never fulfills or sends out any real order. They steal all of their victims money. They need to be shut down immediately before others get money stolen from them as well. This is the most worthless Company a person can come into contact with.

Didn't read reviews before ordering. All the complains are the same. They don't send product, you pay extra for faster shipper that never arrives, they don't respond to emails, no contact number, customer service email doesn't work. It's been 7 days for me and no email back telling them to cancel my order, no shipping info, nothing from them. They need to be taken off the internet and fined. Millions of people losing money that they never get back. I had to cancel my credit card and file a fraud complaint to get my money back.

It is clear this company take people's money with out delivering product. As I have experienced myself and now have read reviews of it happening to many other customers. This is a lesson I have had to learn on my own and take it as a loss. But other people should be informed. I lost $52 because of this. Other customers should be informed of what this company is doing.

I ordered 30.00 in clothing from this website on 12/16/16 and have not received anything or a shipping confirmation. They scammed me out of money and I can't get a response from them at all!

Online clothing company that immediately deducts payment and never sends merchandise. Only has email for contact, refuses to cancel or refund order. Paid 20 dollars for expedited shipping on 12/13/16 and have yet to receive merchandise . I've sent approximately ten emails requesting to cancel my order and receive a refund as well as asking someone to contact me via phone, this has been to no avail. They scammed me out of 91 dollars.

if you look at remarks on facebook everyone says the same thing- they've never received their orders!!!

I purchased four dresses and received one. The dress I received was not what I ordered, was actually a shirt and shipped from China without a receipt. There's no Customer Service number to call, I emailed them my concerns and have heard nothing. I would imagine without a receipt I cannot request a refund.

I ordered socks from them 3 weeks ago. I receive an automatic message telling the socks will be delivered between 1 and 8 days but still have not them. I place a order with this site on 12/9. I paid for expedited shipping which stated on the site that its would be 3 to 7 days shipping. As of today, I never received my order. I send a messaged to them twice.. They say a response will be given in less than 24 hours. I still have not received a response or my items. this is 'EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND WRONG"!!!

Order $100 worth of product that never came they are not returning my emails.

Purchased items from website back in November. Received confirmation that items would ship within 1-8 business days. Items have never shipped but money was taken out of account. They claim to have 24/7 customer service but no one ever calls you back. I posted comments on their Facebook page along with several others about never receiving orders, not hearing back from anyone and monies not being refunded. They are deleting all comments and they actually blocked me from their Facebook page.

Online retailer that will charge your card immediately after placing an order and will never ship your items. There is no contact number for customer service and no response from them if you send an email to [email protected].

I ordered from here this weekend. Now I'm seeing on fb that no one is recovering their orders

Placed an order 2 weeks ago with promises of shipment within 8 days. I emailed asking for an update - I was assured my items would ship in 1-3 days and they were overloaded by Christmas. I told them that since my items hadn't shipped, I wanted a refund and since then all communications have ceased. I've opened a ticket with PayPal through the Resolution Centre and will be requesting a refund.

I ordered merchandise from belle lily. I've emailed the most twice with no response.my product hasn't shipped and they won't return my emails, which is the in my way to to hold of them.

Online Shopping website that says it will ship within 1-8 days, but never ships and still takes money from people.
