Products delivered are not as advertised. I purchased a 20"x10" product, after 1 month I received a 4"x8" product with no packing slip or instructions.

They do not stand behind the customer service claims they make on their website; they ignored my numerous attempts to contact them.

I purchased an item well over a month ago. I received a confirmation email of the order stating I would receive another email when the item shipped. I have received nothing further from them. I have emailed them multiple times without a response ever and when I tried calling the number on their website, it is for a large electronics and appliances company/stores that we all know (I don't want to insert their name into this since they are such an established and trusted company, I am positive they have no idea that their phone number was even being used, let alone associated with a company that scams people). No response to ANY email from me, fake phone number (for them). I have no reason to doubt that this company is a scam.

Ordered 2 items from this company before Christmas, paying a little more for expedited shipping. I paid by PayPal. The return address for the order confirmation was: "[email protected] via shopify.com"

When I didn't get a shipping notice in 10 days, I emailed the company. The email bounced back with the message: "Address not found: Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

Googling, I found many similar complaints. None of the information they publish is accurate: their telephone number, their email address, and likely their physical address in Portland, Oregon. The payee name on my credit card statement is "PAYPAL *NGUYENPHITH 402-935-7733 CA". Even that phone # appears to be bogus.

Their Facebook page is here: https://www.facebook.com/Bestselling-US-107610441052479/. Lots of unanswered complaints appear on that page.

I requested a refund from the vendor through PayPal, and plan to follow up by disputing the charge through my credit card as well.

I found this site through Instagram. I placed my order on November 30, 2020 and was told I would receive an email when it was shipped. That never happened and I was charged $42.39 through PayPal for an I never received nor did I go in to authorize PayPal to make the payment.

I purchased 2 handheld, battery operated heat sealers for resealing bags, on November 30th. There was no shipment information as of today, December 8th. So, I contacted the vendor via their listed email, and it came back in the MailerDaemon as non-deliverable. Thankfully, I used PayPal, and I found that someone named NguyenPhiti took the money. Please beware! This company is obviously a scam, and they are using Facebook for advertising.
