I received a call from the Better Business Bureau from a person claiming to be Zach Gibson. "Zach" claimed that my credit card received a fraudulent charge. "Zach" recited my SSN (incorrectly) and wanted a simple "yes" to verify it. The call was made to seem urgent so I would make immediate decisions. I did not verify anything, asked for the name and number, and simply said I would call back. This prompted "Zach" to say, "Oh, you don't want to take the charge off?" as I was hanging up.
