Bexix Reports & Reviews (3)

After researching countertop icemakers. I found the one I felt would be the best fit and most reliable for my family. I searched for it on Google Shopping. One of the first places I found was bexix. I followed the link where I found a very reasonable price (less than $100). The website said the company was located in the US, which made me feel confident. I completed the purchase and delivery time was estimated to be 5-8 business days. I completed the ordering process on 4 June 2022. Today, 29 June 2022, I have yet to receive my purchase. My financial statement shows that the funds were deducted on 5 June 2022. I got a notification by email that the item shipped on 6 June 2022. I have emailed the only email address I could find ([email protected]) on the payment confirmation but have not yet received a response.

I ordered a beach chair for $62.00. I never received the chair. I emailed and received a undeliverable message back.

The Attorney General's in the states these companies claim to be in should be contacting Internet providers and have these sites shut down. It is ridiculous that they are allowed to stay operational to rip more people off when there are legal channels available to stop it.

I found this company on Google Shopping while shopping for memory foam mattresses. (Search for "memory foam mattress Bexix" and they still come right up. Although, since I've reported them to Google Shopping, that will hopefully change soon.) I clicked the link and went to their website where I placed two orders on May 13, 2022. The prices seemed too good to be true, so I paid with my American Express through PayPal to be doubly protected, just in case. After about 10 days where I'd received no communications from the vendor (PayPal receipt was the only thing I ever received), I tried calling the number on the website. No go. So I sent them an a-mail. No response. So I initiated a dispute on May 30th through PayPal to get either my merchandise or a refund.

When PayPal finally got back to me on June 6th, it was to let me know that they had denied the case since they seller had provided tracking information for the two shipments, proving that the merchandise had been sent. Tracking info on the USPS website showed that both shipments had been delivered on June 3rd. But no packages had been received at either address. And they would have been hard-to-miss packages. One would have been a king-sized mattress weighing 80 pounds. The other would have been a king mattress and two twins, totaling 120 pounds.

Since I didn't suspect for a moment that the USPS was in on some sort of scam, I had to figure out what those packages were and where they ended up. So I opened a case with USPS, asking them to confirm the size and weight of the packages that had been sent, since clearly *something* had in fact been sent through the postal system. I advised that the packages should have been very large and very, very heavy. They came back to me letting me know that the seller had definitely defrauded me. Neither package went to the correct address and neither one weighed more than a pound. Someone somewhere received something, but it certainly wasn't memory foam mattresses.

It was a very deliberate attempt to defraud me. They deliberately shipped fraudulent packages so they could have PayPal close the case and keep my money. I hope the USPS goes after them. It would be a horrible shame if scammers like this were allowed to continue to cheat people.
