I received a solid, non-functional metal plaque, instead of the Nightmare Before Christmas functional cuckoo clock with quartz clock and lights and moving/animated parts that I purchased. I found the ad on Facebook Marketplace and the website was Birdiour. It was a waste of money. The website link is now broken and belongs to someone else that sells different products! And, now there is no way of getting hold of the company any more. This is ONE DAY AFTER RECEIPT OF the ITEM THAT TOOK A MONTH TO DELIVER! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift! THEY SOLD IT AND RAN!
