I ordered Two outdoor heaters through Facebook in Nov. 2020. Nothing received yet. Same results as above on calls to them. Credit card company is giving me a hard time giving me credit.

Ordered a stainless steel growing system….. received a small plastic cup device ….. In the picture attached, item ordered is on the right. White cup on the left is what was received. Tried to return and get refund….. no response. $60 for a 4” diameter cup? Scammed!

I had issue with ordering not one but three heaters and was out 300.00. My credit card I used was Costco and the company disputed it and it showed on paper that it was delivered. However it was never delivered and I have the ring to prove it. I went to the post office and it was never received. I’m out 300.00 and just makes me mad that people can get away with this. Any ideas on how to get these robbers?

Ordered a robot vacuum, paid with credit card,Dec. 21,21020-immediately charged by Blaftechsales Reding CA 119.50+2.64 Canadian Order ID 4F8C9CD970-never received; repeatedly-and rudely=told that it would arrive in 3 days from phone call-last time told not to call again.

I ordered a vacuum on line in December 2020 and of course it never arrived-similar to story above. Total cost was $119 + 2.64 Can. Every phone call to trace was met with
it will arrive in 3 days; it is held up because of covid;the system to track is down. It is now 2021 and no vacuum. What a scam. Traces back to home appliances, but charge comes with BlaftTech Sales name. Why cannot these people be stopped from robbing people?

I am out $86. I ordered a $164 patio heater in November 2020. It has not been delivered, and it won’t be. They refunded 1/2 the cost. They also made three unauthorized charges on my card — $9.95 for a supposed emagazine subscription, $20 for who knows what, and another $20. I complained to the credit card company and got a new credit card with a new account number. At first the credit card company reversed the charges, but now they have reinstated the charge for the nonexistent patio heater.

Yep. I had the same thing happen to me. Ordered patio heaters, and instead, I've received a small plastic heater ($10 worth max!), they did refund me half the cost, but I think this happens because they don't want to be a red flag on my bank statement when I try to dispute the other half of the charge. Then they charged me 9.95 for an e-magazine subscription, what a JOKE! I actually got a chance to talk to them. Sounds like they are from India making these scams. SCAMMED!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This scam takes place through Facebook. A friend sent the link saying he'd used it, so assumed it was legit. They offer propane patio heaters, but I'm sure there are other products and angles. This one came from homeapplianceguys.com, but everything tracks back to Blaft Tech. Some of the other aliases are Blafttechsales Redding CA, and Blaft Fresh Sales LLC. After purchase I did not receive an email confirming. Something didn't seem right. I followed up and nobody answered the calls, or answers in a call center and claims that their system is down and to call back in 24 hrs. I cancelled charge with bank, but they are very sophisticated. They will challenge disputes. They send a small unrecognizable item (like a small fan) to your address to prove delivery, which supports their dispute. I did receive a small, poorly built fan, but an unrecognizable return address and couldn't remember ordering a fan. Well now I know I didn't remember it because I didn't order it.

I have reported this to my credit card company.

Also, if you go to blafttech.com you will see images of apple products that they claim to be selling as generics. Once you are aware, it is so obviously a scam.

I ordered two Eufy robo-vacs through this company. Apparently they use this place to front as a shell company. They work with World Appliances. I received 1 toy robo-vac from some company in China. Visa refused to do anything, since Blafttech provided them with some phony story. You can look this up under scam detector. You can also search Blafttech.com review-scam detector. There are other complaints on them also. They would not return phone calls, or E-mails. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers

I ordered 3 Eufy robo-vacs and got the same single toy Sweep all written in Chinese. I am working with my credit card company on the fraud. My experience is identical except the charge was $184.97 ordered December 14 and received January 9. I so appreciate your post and hope we can shut them down.

This company's scam is going through several names, including Blafttechsales, homeapplianceguys, and World Appliance Store. 1.) on Dec 12, I ordered a free-standing, tall pyramid, propane patio heater, Stainless Steel (66,000-BTU) for $164.99-which I charged to my Discover Card, from a website called homeapplianceguys.com- as a Christmas gift for my son. (The heater is like this one: Amazon.com : Hiland HLDSO1-WGTHG Pyramid Patio Propane Heater w/Wheels, 87 Inches, Hammered Bronze : Portable Outdoor Heating : Garden & Outdoor) They gave me an Order # and the customer service number 877-730-3374. It was immediately charged under the name BLAFTTECHSALES-plus another unauthorized charge for $10 was placed by World Appliance Store. I immediately called, reaching "Sam" and demanded they return the $10 charge to my card-or I would report them, and Sam removed it. The propane patio heater NEVER CAME. I tried to call the phone number attached to the credit card charge, but it simply dropped. I purchased another gift for my son. I called the support # again 877-730-3374 in early January-again, reaching "Sam." I told him that I never received the product ordered. He apologized, saying that I would receive a shipping notice by the following Wed and the product would be delivered on Friday, but I never received the product. On Saturday, I filed a dispute with Discover Card of the $164.99. The dispute div put a hold on the charge while they investigated. The World Appliance # then charged another $10 to my account-which I called Discover and they took it off. Then Then on about January 13,2021 I received a small, unsolicited package inside my USPS post office. No business name was on the package, put the address: SHIPPING DEPT, DEPT.NJ, 1100 CRANBURY SOUTH RIVER RD, MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ 08831.There was a USPS Tracking #. Inside the package was a 6 inch tall, plastic electric table top heater. I did some research on that address-and there are a number of scam reports of products coming from that address, and a man's name-but no business name. Discover Card Dispute division contacted the Blafttechsales on about January 13. They provided shipping information to Discover, and Discover reapplied the $164.99 to my charge account to show that they shipped something to me. They said the product came from China. I called the original customer support phone # 877-730-3374 and the computerized voice said 'Fresh meals' leave a message. I have sent multiple evidence and photos of the product I ordered, and the 6 inch high electric $5 heater I received. In addition, I found these complaints of the very scam perpetrated on other people after me-these can be found here: 8777303374 | homeapplianceguys.com | Social Media Scam | 6 comments (signal-arnaques.com) with photographs of the items. I researched again and this time managed to find the blafttech.com website and "support" phone number for Blaft Tech sales- 855-606-9630- and called them yesterday Feb 9, 2021 and guess who answered again- "SAM!" I told him I wanted a credit back to my discover card for the product never received, and he said 'that is impossible' mam... I will see that you get the product you ordered-it will arrive ____. I said NO-I WANT THE $ BACK-I WILL NEVER GET THE PRODUCT' plus I don't need it now as my son purchased for himself, a propane patio heater. I faxed the photos of the 6 inch high electric cheap heater-on the floor beside my dining room chair for perspective-and also a photo of my husband holding a measuring tape to show the product sent as 6" tall electric. Discover said they would contact Blafttechsales again for more information of the product sent-as no weight information was provided on the shipping. Then a couple of days ago another unauthorized charge was put on my Discover Card by "BUNDLESSTOCKGOODS.COM" which is fraud. a search for this came back as "Sorry, the page you were looking for does not exist or is not available. We performed a web search for “Bundle Stock Goods” and here's what we found." Stripe, Inc is also involved in this. Meanwhile, I have recurring charges on my discover card by these people. I tried to cancel my card, but Discover dispute "Christine" asked me not to, she put a freeze on these particular charges. This is another compliant I found: "Date 01/06/2021

Scam contents A cheap tabletop plug-in blower heater.

Your comments / analysis Order a Pyramid Patio Heater for $174.94 and received a cheap tabletop plug-in blower heater.

Order was made through homeapplianceguys.com and Merchandise name on the billing card referenced BLAFTTECHSALES. The card had two split transactions; one for $9.95 that I found out it was for a donation for trees for carbon offset and the other for $164.99 for the "Pyramind Patio Heater", I had called several times to obtain a tracking number and was never given one, I then asked for a refund and they refused, saying the item is in route for delivery and that the $9.95 was a donation, which I was not aware at the time of purchase and did not agree to. BEWARE - IF YOU ORDERED A "PATIO HEATER" EXPECT TO BE SCAMMED AND AND GET A CHEAP TABLE TOP BLOWER! He attached a photo of what he received;Attachment(s) I'm not able to attach photos but I do have them. Please find and put these people out of business. •

I purchased two patio heaters from One World Appliances.com. The charge on my credit card came from Blaft Fresh Sales LLC.

I have been waiting over 2 months for the products to arrive. None of the numbers or emails for One World Appliances work. I called Blaft Tech several times to follow up. Each time they apologized for the delay and assured me that I would get a shipment notification email shortly. Neither the notification email nor the shipment arrived.

Today I called and threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card. Once I mentioned dispute, they were able to generate a tracking number for the order. When I checked the status of the tracking number, it said the product was delivered nearly a month ago. They suggested I call USPS, the carrier. I did and when I provided the tracking number USPS said that I should contact the country of origin. I called Blaft Tech Sales back with the info from USPS, and they then offered to refund 50% of the purchase price. When I insisted on 100%, they said I must return the products.

The delivery notification is odd as it notes the items were shipped prior to the order being placed. It also does not reference a delivery address.
