Both times it will show tracking all the way to my local post office, and then it just magically disappears.
I'm sending you copies of both receipts I received after I placed the order.
Never received my items
I am beyond upset at this point

Fraud and Deceptive Trade - DO NOT do business with BolookTV.com or BWAYIF.com
After approximately 6 months of back and forth emails from the company, giving me lots of excuses why the product was “lost due to shipping” not received, and why the tracking numbers of the product just “stopped” or says “can’t be delivered” which is a lie, as I am retired and home 24/7 and have a Ring doorbell which videos anyone who approaches the front door and no one ever tied to deliver the product.
Finally, I emailed the company and just asked them to return my money, as it was certain I was never going to get the product that I ordered. They were paid in full, they had my money, but I did not have what I paid for. Even those it said “Free Shipping” they tried to tell me in an email from June 6, 2022 that “they could only return 70% of the original price and they keep the rest for shipping cost. And there are some bank charges when my order was placed.” I told them “no, that I would only accept !00% refund, as they did not send me what I paid for.” The first time I asked for a refund, they told me I’d only get 60% refunded. I refused that. They said they would resend item, which was another 6-8 weeks of the same. Tracking dropped. Excuses from the company why it couldn’t be delivered...
In June, I got a small package from China, no return address, nothing inside the package like an invoice or order number, so I didn’t really know who or why it was sent to me, but it ended up that it was from BolookTV.com. It was a cheap dollar store oven mit. I wrote to the company and asked them about it and they admitted they sent the wrong item and would try again to send what I ordered and sent me another tracking number. After another 6 weeks of tracking, it too, just “stopped”. I emailed the company again and asked them to return my money. They said they would reimburse me within 3-10 business days.
I got online to print off my proof of payment from my VISA, and found it was paid to a different company than BolookTV.com. It was paid to BWAYIF.com UT. So. I got on their website BWAYIF.com, and to my surprise, they both had the same customer service telephone number 1 (251) 651-6770 (which shows the number is from Bay Minette, AL). Both customer service numbers are “busy” 24/7. No one answers either customer service number. BWAYIF.com is located in Florida. 1121 Edgewater Dr., Florida, 32804 and their email is: [email protected]
On the 10th day when I did not receive my refund, I wrote to the company again and told them I still hadn’t gotten my refund. Then, on August 17th, they said “I’m sorry the company is in the selling season. There are many people who need to process refunds. So, it’s going to take some time, we will do our best to make it fast.” I told them I would give them 5 more days, and if I did not receive my refund, I would make a Comsumer Complaint to the Attorney General of Texas, Alabama, North Carolina and Florida against their company regarding their Fraud and Deceptive Trade.
I’m sure these companies have scammed hundreds of people by taking their money, then never sending what they paid for, hoping that they would either forget about it, or it would be too much of a hassle and embarrassment to report the company about what they did to them. This is totally unacceptable!
