Mr. Harmon of Bradford Stevens and Associates, Bradford and Associates, and Bradford Process Servers (just three of the names given to me in our 6-minute conversation) contacted my Mother to inform her that I was being sued in a civil case and that he needed to contact me. She refused to give him my information, so she took his. He gave her the following phone number 855-954-6391 Reference Num: 2***-***018. I called the local number that she received the call from, 864-932-3353. A menu was given to press 1 to speak to an "agent." I was informed that a lien was being placed on my house from a Credit Card debt from 2004 with Capital One. This debt was paid in full... in fact, I have a Capital One credit card currently. He could only give me the last four of the card, no account number, and no other information... like an amount that I supposedly owe. When confronted with legal practice questions, they hung up! Total Scam!
