I ordered two pairs of shoes from brooksurunning.com (which I believed at the time was the legitimate Brooks site) on August 4, 2022 and never received an order confirmation or any shipping details. Also my total was changed from $79 to $90.85 which I did not approve. I asked for the order to be cancelled the next day, but the unauthorized charge was put through anyway through PayPal and I got no response. The receipt number is: ****************. I feel like I have been scammed and have reported this to my bank and the Federal Trade Commission. I would appreciate a response from this company and my money back!
