Phone call stating that they will charge the checking account or plastic card which is attached in our system within 24 hours for the auto renewal of your subscription. If you want to cancel the subscription, then please press 1 or call us immediately at Live Representative 1 786 396 2337. Thank You.

When I called the phone number, the answerer said "Cancellation Department this is John" I asked for what subscription. He said "computer protection". I asked what company. He said "virus protection". He asked if I wanted to cancel or continue. I said cancel the first time I called. I called back and got the same person on the phone using a different name, Harold. This time, I told him I'd like to continue the subscription and he said a very emphatic Thank you for renewing and hung up.

I tried calling my credit card services to check if a charge of $399.99 had been made against my card and they said they couldn't stop any processing of my card and that I would have to put in a dispute to get my money back, if that.

So, at this point, I have not been charged for a "renewal". I am checking daily. If I do get charged, I will be updating my complaint.
