I purchased a "Seahawks Hoodie" from this website September 2, 2016. I patiently waited during the listed shipping period (10-15 business days). During the waiting period I was given a tracking number for my purchase. The tracking number did not work through any entity. I requested more information or a new tracking number via email and I received no response. I let that go as it wasn't detrimental for me to track my package. I once again requested more information since I granted them an additional 6 business days to the 10-15 listed on their website and did not receive my package. I was given this response, "Hi, We spoke to our shipping company and your order should be with you at the time frame mentioned below. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Sorry for the delay. ChampionsLove". However, they proceeded to give the same response for several emails that I sent in regards to a refund or for answers. I had to file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals Office. I did receive a refund after the hard and prompt work of the ATG. Even so, this all was a hassle from the date of purchase September 2, 2016 until today October 5, 2016. Buyers beware!
