Didn’t receive in time quoted. Asked for refund

We ordered and received our 2 units, however, they do not fit properly? I called to return them and here are my choices:

15% restocking fee and I would pay for shipping to return
50% back for keeping

I don't understand why I would keep them if they do not fit and why would I pay to have them returned. Do not order these! Terrible customer service!

During Covid, ordered 2 clear rear units. After 2 1/2 months they sent the product when I asked them to cancel my order (too late because they already charged my card). I refused the delivery and company said they would not refund me. This is a scam and I don't want anybody else to fall prey. I'm convinced that it's a scam. I ordered mine 6 weeks ago and the tracking information they sent me, from then up to now, says that USPS is still waiting for the item. I emailed them requesting cancellation and reversal/charge back on my credit card and got a generic "we're sorry it's taking so long, it's coming soon" email response, no acknowledgement of my request at all. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and sent them an email stating that I'm doing so...I'm sure no human being will ever read it. I also did a little sleuthing and found that their DBA/fictitious business name (Clear Rear) is not registered with Orange County, so yes it's a scam. Boy do I feel foolish...I felt that it could be a scam just from the style of their website...just looked kind of fishy. I'd like to say I'll trust my instinct from now on but their website was in that "grey area"...might or might not be a scam - and I've found some really useful stuff that sort of seemed like a scam that really wasn't. I'm sure those were the exception though and not the rule. I'm definitely bookmarking this website for future use BEFORE I decide to jump into the next flaky purchase.

Seems like 90% of items coming from Kalifornia are a scam. I have changed my credit card twice (2 ) . Br careful ordering ,they like to do a fine print a blind ant couldn't read stating an additional monthly charge will be added at a later date! Then all of a sudden your getting more products at ridiculous prices . I won't order ANYTHING from Kalifornia, buyer beware

Same scam as above. Ordered May 6. Got nothing. Phone numbers are bogus voice mail with music. I have an email thread of contacting them and they give the run around sending tracking #. I filed a dispute with the credit card company. These crooks are out of CAL they need to be arrested.

I ordered 1 Clear Rear on May 11th using PayPal. Clear Rear sent me an email claiming it was shipped and waiting to be picked up by the post office. I used the tracking number they sent on May 19th and found nothing had been sent to the post office. I inquired by email and was told I had to wait 21 days from May 19th for a response. I waited, nothing happened, so I sent a complaint to PayPal. This Clear Rear thing is a scam.

I ordered back in April, I’ve received several e-mail, last one telling me it’s now in the hands of the Post Office. The tracking number does no good. No one seems to know where my 4 bidet seems are. I’m out $160. My next email is to try and stop these people from sending anything else to the US!

I ordered 2 bidets in early May and got an e-mail with tracking claiming it was shipped on May 21 , a month later after numerous un-successful attempts to contact them on the phone and e-mail s they are claiming a 30-75 day shipping delay , i received another e-mail claiming their shipping partner forgot to update the progress . I have concluded the only items clear rear is manufacturing is excuses as i have seen zero evidence that my shipment has made it to our solar system .

I ordered 3 bidet attachments and lights from this company on May 4, 2020. On May 5, I received an email thanking me for my order and giving me a USPS tracking number. Supposed to take 8-15 days, after 18 days I contacted the company. I received a form email saying that due to COVID, shipping partners were having trouble with on time delivery and that it may take as many as 21 days. It's now been over a month. After emailing and calling to ask for a refund, I've still gotten no response.

Probably run by scammer democrats that don't like working for a living .
