Collect Pros Reports & Reviews (32)

Received attempt to collect a debt for products I did not purchase. Gave the items presumably ordered but did not give the name of the merchant.

- La Crosse, WI, USA

I received a pink letter from Collect Pros stating I owed a debt for an order of Garcinia Health Max from 2-1-2016 which I never ordered, and I never received. When I called the number on the letter it was an automatic voice system; giving three options for payment: postal mail, online, or over the phone. If I wanted to dispute the claim i could go the website and dispute. When I did all that I could do is dispute, but I couldn't explain my situation. I called my bank and nothing came out, but I did change my card account.

- Oklahoma City, OK, USA

Received a Collection Pros letter in the mail claiming i owed them money on a product. that was canceled a long time ago. they know the product and info of it not the price amount though. they came up with there own.

This looks like a legal debt collector. It states you have # ways to resolve the matter make secure payment online, payment over phone or mail payment using the coupon included.

it states Unless you notify us with in thirty days after your receipt of this letter that the validity of this debt, or any portion of it is disputed. We will assume the debt is valid. and so on.

- Springhill, LA, USA

I received a letter from Collect Pros stating that I owe $87.63 for Alpha Rush Pro. I ordered the free sample several months ago and have not received any more product. I called and cancelled after seeing charges on my credit card and was given refunds at that time. I found a website showing Collect Pros was found to be a scam and wanted to report that they are at it again. Please advise me as to what else, if anything, I need to do at this time.

- Wilmington, NC, USA

I received a notice in the mail to collect about $150 from Collect Pros. This is a scam. The business is not ScamPulse.com accredited. The "company" wouldn't even contact me back when I tried to dispute it. I did NOT buy what the company claims I bought.

- Beulah, ND, USA

Several months ago I received a package of Wrinkle Rewind. I did not order this product. I was charge around eighty dollars for it. I called my credit card company and told them that I did not make the purchase. They blocked the company so they couldn't charge me any more. I still was receiving this product in the mail for the next few months. I tried to cancel the orders but they wouldn't. Now, last week I received a letter in the mail from Collect Pros claiming that I owed $88.49 to Wrinkle Rewind and it needed to be paid within thirty days.

Collect Pros sent me a notice via mail stating that I owe EliteTest360 $49.50. I have not bought anything from EliteTest360 since November of last year. I made sure to close my account and paid the fees regarding the closure.

There is no evidence that EliteTest360 tried to contact me regarding the $49.50 prior to this Collect Pros debt collection notice. I don't know where this charge came from all I know is that I do not owe them anything.
