I revived a voice mail stating that I filled out an online application for financial assistance. When I called the 888 805 1316 number to investigate, they asked if I was call per a voice mail and proceeded to ask me for personal information. They hung up on me when I asked them to provide me the website an online application would have been filled out in my name.
