Billing for multiple products under 1 business not clearly identifiable to the consumer. When cancellation was requested billing continued under another program which was never identified as a separate product or billing fees disclosed. Upon complaint communication stopped and refund request was not honored. Emails show proof of exact dollar amount agreed upon as well as requested for cancellation. Company has sent multiple emails to dispute refund even when contact has been requested. No response and phone line are now TOO BUSY to reach an agent ... only voice mail.
