this is concerning a poodle puppy named Casey,
Below is the information I reply information I received from their website. The wording is exactly the same as the person above except that I received my replies from a different email account. [email protected].

Thank you for visiting our site and for your inquiry regarding our Female Toy Poodle Puppy CASEY. We are familiar with this breed and have raised them over the years and we have made out time to properly educate ourselves on the breed to be of help to you as a prospective buyer. Our lovely Casey is raised here in our home around kids and other pets that are dog friendly.

We own a big house here where we live too and our pets are all raised right here together with us as one big loving family, We are both retired from the Military service though from time to time, we are called up for some duties as a result of our experience but that only happens 5 hours every month so we stay home with Casey almost all day and night. We have raised 6 children, all now in their 30's and 40's - So Casey is like our child now, and we are always with Casey and take her with us wherever we go. In the evenings, she always sit with us on the couch. She is never left alone for more than 2 hours.

We have 1/2 acre of natural beauty here, and Casey has loved taking her walks on it and exploring it. Casey enjoy meeting our guests quite often, and those who are dog lovers really have loved Casey. We constantly show our love for Casey throughout the day, and we very much appreciate her intelligence and personalities. Casey closely resembles her Poodle mother in size and appearance. She has all her first and second set of shots implying that she is all vet checked and up to date on all shots and vaccines and is now ready and fit to move into new home with her new owner, 9 weeks is just a perfect age for re-homing. We breed more of family oriented pet than actually show dogs.

We do not breed to make money. We are hobby breeders so we do not depend on breeding as a business. We only do it for the sake of experience and for the love of the breed so our fees is affordable enough for any pet loving family as we leave Casey for $500 dollars that is for the 50% off. Casey is good for apartment life. This breed can be fairly active indoors and will do okay without a yard. Casey is a dog which enjoys lavishing love on her human companions as much as she loves the same treatment in return. Step towards getting Casey in your home within the next couple of hours. We welcome visitors once every week to take a look at our facility.

Where are you located?

How soon do you want Casey?

Please get back to me for the next step.

Kind regards.

We appreciate the interest that you have in Casey.

Before we proceed to the next step, I usually request all interested families to address a few of our worries/concerns and know what we expect of you when you become the new owner of Casey, so i hope you do not mind.

1st. I do not place Casey in a home where they will just be breeding and making money without love and care giving to her like what i do or even more.

2nd. We do not let Casey go to a home where she would live outside!

3rd. We will not place Casey with anyone who has any history of child or animal abuse!

4th. The new owners of Casey must take time to educate themselves on how to properly care for their unique new Poodle baby.

5th. And last but not the least, We will probably turn down homes that have a large number of other dogs as Casey crave individual love & attention.

If you are able to convince us that you will share the love in your homes with Casey, then we will consider giving you Casey regardless of your location. Note that, we are willing to receive our dog back at any age for any reason. If at some point you want to move or can't keep her any more, please let us be the first to know. As we earlier mentioned we are not in the quest for money so we want what is best for Casey to keep her at the top as the breed has always demanded. We advise our potential adoptive families to take time and educate themselves on how to properly care for this unique new Poodle baby. You make her happy and i promise you, she will make you happy in return.

We are based in Charlotte, NC. So we will have to ship, I guess you should be asking a question like, "Flying a Puppy! Is it safe?" This question is often asked. We certainly wouldn't consider it if it wasn't. I personally asked this question to the man of the shipping company on my first attempt to ship a puppy 8 years ago, and this was his answer to me "When we book a flight for a puppy it is only on safe, approved Airlines that have pet-safe programs that follow guidelines. The puppy will have the same air as the pilot flying the plane & someone will be there to care for & look after the puppy on and off the plane. When we go to book a flight for our pets we always call ahead and find the most direct flight available (much as if you were looking for a flight for yourself.) Our puppies have always arrived safe and sound to their new owners", Vet techs and breeders have even said its better and more comfortable to fly a puppy on a 2-5 hours flight than drive with that puppy for 6 hours or more**. And that i believe so much because i have done this process over and over with no issues ever. Note that someone usually (air hosts/hostesses,) is assigned and motivated to fly with the puppy so the puppy is flying as an accompanied pet.

I always choose to use pet safe programs. When we have to ship a puppy to a new home, what we do is we contact the shipping agent and then he calls all airlines to find out which of them has the most direct flight to the destination, then she can book that flight. The shipping processing time normally takes between 6-18 hours to complete this includes paper processing time. So the total to have Casey over to you will be $500 including delivery. I will advise on the next step as soon as i read from you.

Kind regards

That sounds good, my partner just went through your emails, we feel good about this so we have decided to place Casey in your home. As for the paper work and shipping process, it normally takes a couple of hours to complete, though sometimes it could take a little longer, how ever the whole process hardly exceeds one whole day. We will meet the shipping agent and we will call all airlines to find out which of them has the most direct flight to your location then we can book the flight.

Casey will come with a handbook that explains more on the life styles as well as feeding, and toilet habits, some vet record which is well explained in the hand book as well as a puppy care kit which includes some helpful information that should help you facilitate the transition process in your home. I'll advice you to get the following grooming tools within a month or two from now: Shampoo, conditioner, pin brush, nail clippers, ear/pad trimmer, ear lotion, scissors.

About food, I feed all my puppies with Wellness dog food, grain-free or purina one and NuVet vitamin's that are excellent for them. I choose to feed with these because they are relatively modest and readily available across the United States and Canada at most department or grocery stores. There are many opinions on which dog food to use. This is a decision only you can make, but keep in mind purina has been making dog food for over 50 years and they do extensive research on nutrition and protein. Other dog foods may cost more but that doesn't necessarily mean they are better.

However for us to prepare the adoption agreement and the application, We need your full names and address as requested below, The information will also be used at the airport to transport Casey to you as the receiver.

1) Your full names?

2) House address?

3) State & City?

4) zip code?

5) Phone number?

6) Nearest Airport?

Note: Please the above information are very important and are highly needed from you. With the above information, We will prepare the papers and email them for you to sign and send us signed copies by email for our record.

Please get back to us with the above requested information for us to prepare the papers and continue with the process.

Kind regards.

I responded to the final email requesting the address so that I could come and see the puppy myself. I did not receive a response. as of 1/29/2020.

We were looking for teacup puppies. We came across dashingpoodle.com site. Teacups were $500 +$250 for shipping. But they did have a couple coupons for free shipping. We inquired about a puppy. They responded and told us about their family, they are older and have children in their 30’s & 40’s. They don’t breed for money just as a hobby and raise these puppies in their home. Take them with them everywhere. Most are somewhat potty trained. They asked several questions about the environment the puppy would be going to. Lots of interview questions to make sure we are a good forever home. I asked to talk via phone and it was ignored. Then I got another email saying we’ve been accepted and need to get my info to start the process. I again asked aboit the specific puppy playfulness which I had asked earlier and it was ignored. Then I asked again if we could talk on the phone. They gave me the phone number. I immediately called and a man who was foreign answered. He sounded quite young. I told him I had been talking to him about “Stella”. He said what do u want. I asked why does her name on the ad say Stella but the pics show Stacy. He kinda said something I couldn’t understand and then said she’s Stella. I said the website show Stacy on the pics. He said oh it’s Stella. Then I said “you said u have children in their 40’s?” You don’t even sound that old and he was like uhhhh I said look I am just leery this is a scam and he kinda chuckled and again said something I could understand and then I just said yea ok thanks.

Then I went online and looked up puppy scams. I came across an article about a husband who found teacups for $500. A dog named STACEY in NC. He paid the $500 and never got a dog

Here is a copy of the email transcription.

I love that you are so picky!

1. We do not breed. Never have. Never will. We spayed Harlow at 6 mos

2. We do not leave our dog outside at all. We let her out go potty and play with my kids but that’s it. She’s treated like a “hoo-man”. That’s even on her dog tag. “ I’m a hoo-man”

3 no history of animal abuse for anyone in my entire family or extended family. Our pets are not pets they are family

4 because our children have allergies and asthma. We’ve only had poodles. Like I said we had Pepper for 14 years from puppy until she got cancer and passed away. We got Harlow as a puppy about 2 months before Pepper passed. We have vet insurance and vaccinate, heartworm flea and tick prevention. We have Harlow groomed every 6-8 weeks.

5 we only have Harlow who will be 2 on the 29th of January and a fish. Stella would get plenty of attention in our family of 4.

My husband works nights and I work days so Harlow isn’t in her Kennel much at all. Someone is usually home.

Can I call you and talk about Stella?

It’s makes me happy that they are raised in your home and treated like your very own family puppies!

I can’t tell from pictures are their tales docked and dew claws removed?

Is Stella spunky and playful? We have a 2 year old toy poodle who loves to play. About 10 pounds. Mom and dad would bigger. Her name is Harlow May and she is the love of of our life. We had a poodle for 14 years that grew up with my kids and we got Harlow right before she passed away.

Harlow loves to play. She goes everywhere with us. We go to the park with her all the time. She has a basket full of toys and loves to play and then is also a really good cuddle bug. She sleeps with my daughter.

We tried getting another dog but it was a standard poodle and it trampled all over Harlow and was pretty aggressive with her and we had a friend take her for her forever home as it wasn’t working out. She does better with dogs her own size or smaller

Do you still have the free shipping coupon?
