On Nov. 1, 2021, I noticed a charge for $24.99 in my bank account. When I called the phone number above, I was told that I had ordered an app that came with earbuds (that I did not order) for $119.87 and an inferior product watch that I did order on Oct. 9, 2021. (Dashtechpro.com is their website). I was also told that EvilTrainer would continue to charge me $20.00/month for the "health" app. I was told that the Terms and Conditions of purchasing the watch included the app.

The scam began when I received an email asking me to take a Delta.com survey after flying Delta to my destination. The survey promised a reward. The rewards included the Dashtechpro watch, which I ordered. The rest of the mess followed.

On Nov. 1, I am promised a 35% refund on the earbuds. I am promised that I will receive a full refund for the EvilTrainer app. I demanded and was assured that there would be no further monthly charges.

Note: After another flight on American Airlines, I received a similar "reward for taking a survey" offer. I wisely did not take up the offer. Apparently the scam company (which goes under the names of several companies such as "EffReclaimWkout," "RefreshPrimeFitSport," and "FitnessBotLab" and different phone numbers) is able to follow my purchases or reservations of airline flight activity. ****** ******** ********, and other airlines should be notified.
