I received several calls from a place called “Zenith Debt Management”. I contacted them back asking who the creditor was knowing I am not in collections for anything. They said Credit One. I contacted credit one because I have 2 cards with them, they showed no others except one in 2006. I know I have no cards on my credit report that are delinquent because I paid back creditors in bankruptcy that was discharged last year. My lawyer had to run my credit report at that time. So if this were legit, it would be on an acct almost 20 yrs old & it’s illegal to collect on a debt in Missouri that is over 10 yrs old. My determination is that this is a scam and they are trying to get money from people as a result of recent data breaches I have been recently notified of. The phone number they called from was 513-643-5859. It did show up with caller id as Zenith so this is really weird. Also you asked for the scammers email address which I do not have so I put my own. Thank you.
