Dealer Services Reports & Reviews (29)

Constant robocalls everyday. Seems they do not honor the National Do Not Call Registry even after being told to stop calling.

They immediately go into offering auto warranty services and asked what type of car do I have. I have to interrupt and tell them this is a business phone and then they immediately hang up. This is a scam for sure or they would apologize.

I am receiving repeated phone calls from a company called Dealer Services offering me an extended warranty on my vehicle.

When I ask when my warranty is set to expire or ask to speak with a senior representative, they hang up.

Numerous calls over last SEVERAL months from different phone numbers. Recording says your car warranty is expiring or has expired. Once a live person is on line, they hang up on you if you do not respond with info they want. So VERY sick of being hung up on. They have absolutely NO info on your car. When they are asked to provide info on which car they are calling about, they hang up. If you tell them your year, make, model and they don't like it, they hang up. For example, I told them I had a 1971 Chevelle that I was very interested in having a warranty on...lol. They hung up. If you ask for THEIR personal info, like business name, location, etc, they hang up.

Caller from Dealer Services calls at least 1 time a day sometimes 3. about my car warranty about to expire.

The numbers they call from are spoofed. They are local numbers but the person who answers the call is usually speaking with a foreign accent. I have told them repeatedly to put me on the do not call list , but that hasn't slowed them down.

In the last year I have received at least 300 calls.

Someone needs to stop them from spoofing the numbers.

Scammers call everyday trying to get my car information. Asked me to purchase extended warranty for my vehicle.

Calls multiple times a day regarding vehicle warranty expiration. Clearly scam as I've never had a vehicle warranty. They continue to call from randomized local numbers.

Rachel called because our file came across her desk and our coverage was about to expire. We DO NOT have a car warranty.

If the robot gives any details of a name, it has also given companies such as : "Dealer Surf", "Dealer Services"

It's always a vehicle warranty / extended warranty scam using illegal Robocalls to sell you something/ get you to answer the phone to get you hooked. Do not speak, they WILL record you. The numbers appear to be belonging to CenturyLink Communications, who has no non-customer support or phone reporting system. Calls last no more than 10-40 seconds depending if there is an automated message on the other end.

According to a user on 800notes.com: "they pretend to be exempt from claims citing U.S.C. 456".

Another on callercenter.com: "The voice also says "UST456" "

Every robo-call is the same. Today's was from "Erica at Dealer Services", last one was from "Amy at DealerSurf".

A version of the messages readout from Reddit:

“About your car is extended warranty since we have not gotten a response we are giving you a final courtesy call before we close out your file press two to be removed and put on our do not call list press one to speak with someone about possibly extending or reinstating your car is warrantee again press one to speak with a warranty specialist or ?_? 800 number 8333041447…”

Another version of the automated message will read: "...and came across your file..."

The callback number is always the same (833-304-1447) and I and other have gotten calls from a variety of states - a good portion from Texas, a few from PA, dozens from a city in my home state, a few from Mass., and various others. You can find a listing of more of their spoof numbers here:

https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-833-304-1447

https://reportscam.com/833-304-1447

https://www.callercenter.com/833-304-1447.html

The call back code "833-304" is not listed as a US based number and cannot be found. No doubt this is the purchased number for the scam center. Telcodata.us cannot find any company related to the phone code in question.

The company is also listed on the ScamPulse.com with spoofing complaints and 1/5 star rating:

ScamPulse.com notes that many places use the moniker in their name but make no effort to list how/why this isn't the scam company in question, as any efforts to obtain a real company end up in a hung up call or no answer.

Scammer hung up when I asked for a web site before giving me the cost of a 4-yr warranty.

I've been getting these robo dials for years. Finally i decided to speak to a real person so i can understand more about the scam.

They pick up the phone, first i speak to an operator that asks me for eligibility. I gave them a fake car details. Then transferred to a warranty specialist who quotes 3700 dollars for 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty of my fake beater car. Then they talk about incentive if I pay all up front. I get transferred to the finance manager. She is ready to take my payment, promises everything will be sent over email.

I ask for a website - they don't give me one, they say they don't have a website, just email. I ask for a phone number to call back and they hang up.

This is obvious scam and fraud, just trying to figure out how these people can be held accountable.

- Granite Falls, MN, USA

They are calling and saying that they we can extend our vehicle's extended warranty, they will provide additional coverage. They won't clarify if they are directly affiliated with the car's manufacturing company. Once you start asking questions, they hang up. The number they are calling from is incorrectly identified on caller ID, says Appleton, MN, I know for a fact that there is no such business in Appleton MN. But it also causes concern because I have connections with that area.

I have asked them at least a dozen times to remove me from their calling list, they say they will and a couple days later I get another call.

- Riverview, FL, USA

I have received several calls from Dealer Services about my car's warranty being expired. I have an extended warranty on my car that is still active and they still continue to call me after I have repeatedly told them to put me on the Do Not Call List. I have asked for there address and they won't provide it. I have asked for there business name and all they say is it's Dealer Services. It it continues, I will sue since I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry since 12/06/2019.

Please, please!!

Help!!! I've been getting multiple calls maybe 4 calls per week from this company about Car Warranty Extension even saying my name on the phone. I'm desperate with them, I don't what another insult may make them in order to avoid their calls. I requested in every call for them to take me out of their list, they say OK we will do so. But, then a couple of days after I receive another call.

They pronounce my name correctly, describe what kind of car I do have, make, and color. This is insane!!

I need the government to banish those scammers with Hindi ascent, so I believe they are using Calls Centers in India to do so.

They call from different numbers every time, I'm tired of blocking them.

Lat call was from this number: 813-296-8829

Thank you!!

These people have been calling me for months claiming they want to offer warranty on a new car I bought. I've asked them to take me off their list several times. They dont Speak English well and continue to harass me. When u ask to talk to a supervisor they hang up on me or claim they are in a meeting. I block their numbers and then they call me from a different one. This is happening multiple times a week and has been gone on for months. I'm starting to fear for my safety because they are getting angry and aggressive when I tell them to leave me alone.

- Brooklyn, NY, USA

I get a phone call a week by “Dealer Services” asking for $104 for 18 months for extended warranty on my car. My car is a lease and is due back in 2 months. I tell them this every phone call.

- Richmond, CA, USA

Robocall says my car warranty is expiring, press 1 to connect to rep. After pressing 1, connected to someone named "Audi". Asked who he worked for, said "Dealer Services". Asked him to take my name off his list, he laughed, said no, and hung up.

For the record, I own no car with any warranty. Their area code and prefix for their phone number is simply the same as mine.

- Albia, IA, USA

These people have been calling our home for a year, under several different phone numbers, offering extended warranty coverage on a vehicle we no longer own. We have tried many times telling them this, and we have asked them to stop calling, but they persist. They call up to six times a day, at all hours. They harrass our family.
