Unfortunately I made a mistake last year believing in these guys. Got alert on computer renew virus. Called them and they wanted $1499 for life time coverage to get rid of Trojan horses infection. Luckily my cards would not go through. They then said they would clear my computer and call back today to get payment. I have now frozen all my cards as I checked and I could have taken the computer to best buy and get it done for less than $50.

So angry regarding all this stuff.
