Using Oculus headset got me signed up (credit card) to 5 DAY FREE TRIAL! The billed me the snext day for 1 mo, no free trial, no customer service, no emai response S*B

I parked in a downtown Memphis parking lot for an event on Friday, February 10 (Gibson's Lot at 163 Dr. MLK Jr. Ave, Memphis, TN 38103). The fee to park was $20. They required payment by scanning a QR code through which we were to submit the license plate of the vehicle and credit card information for payment. When I scanned the QR Code, it loaded this site, digitalizze.co. I signed up and never received any request for the vehicle plate information. I instead received an email that I had signed up for a subscription, and my credit card was not charged the amount of the parking fee, but rather I received a $1 and $1.95 charge from this site on the card, leading me to believe they were testing to see if it was a valid card to steal my credit card information. I have since called to cancel the subscription and was verbally told it was cancelled, and have cancelled my credit card and disputed those charges.

I was using my cellphone and attempting to set up an account with Zelle (I provided my credit card information), and followed an online prompt that appeared to be Zelle-related. The following day, I received the attached email. I googled the ".co" suffix and found that it originated in Columbia, so I suspect this is a scam. As stated in the email, I responded with a request to terminate this bogus subscription for $39.95/month, but it was returned as undeliverable. I am now contacting my credit card company and bank to try and head off any future bogus subscription charges.

My primary complaint is for deceptive advertising, (potential) identity theft, and (potential) computer trespass on my cellphone.

For some reason, I could not attach the email and responses, so here is a copied version of the original email...
