Direct Delivery International Reports & Reviews (3)

I was hired by this company just over a month ago. Although I checked them out on BBB, there wasn't a complaint until a couple weeks ago. I finished my 30 days of working after which time I was to get paid my first check. (The pay was supposed to be $1500 plus $50 per package that I received and forwarded. I should have received a check for $3000.) They stopped communicating with me at the time. When I first spotted the ScamPulse.com complaint, I contacted my supervisor who sent the following email (see below). Clearly, as the previous complaint alleges, this is a scam company. They have you work for thirty days but then you don't get paid. They essentially use people for a free 30 days of work.

Email sent by the Company in response to my inquiry:

Good day !

I am sorry that you are hearing conflicting information and I am sorry you feel this way however here are some points to consider with our company:

1) A scam company you can never talk to a real person. We have an entire fraud prevention department and we analyze scam companies as well. Scam companies never talk to you on the phone it will always communicate with you via email. The reason is, they are targeting at the same time hundreds or even thousands of people. It's not person but it's a computer communicating with people and trying to steal a personal information or involve them in some fishy activities. We always talk to you on the phone that's why you have us here all the time.

2) we have registered business address. You can always make personal visit or send someone from your family members or friends who leaves in the area. None of the scam companies will provide you any physical address.

3) All our label which we use in order to ship out packages are always prepaid and it's paid by our company . It can be verified that the label is paid by the corporate account of our company and all of the carrier's FedEx UPS or the post office they can verify that information. Also, we never asked you to pay for a shipment or to pay even if penny for any of the work performances. None of the scam companies can provide you a corporate prepaid shipping label.

4) We have verified Business website and verified Business toll free numbers. You can easily go online and check for our website. All email service providers and web browsers are opening our website easily. If we would involve any kind of a scam or fishy activities, of course all browsers would block our website. In addition to that, we we proud that we have separate business domain names and email addresses. Be aware that scams always use public email services like gmail or yahoo. Also our business toll free number is listed on all local Yellow Pages and phone books which can be also verified (say city of the company address. States listed in the city yellow books).

5) Scams are always captured fast! You would be notified the same day or even earlier if our merchandise was not purchased with customer authorization. Simple example is: We leave in the 21st century and even if you spent $10 at the grocery store you will receive email or SMS notification on your phone. If we would involve any kind of a scam and doing unauthorized transactions it would be captured the right away even before you received the actual shipment in hand. Aside from scams cool might ask you to purchase something or to pay for a shipment, we always tell you to receive the package first, to report it and only afterwards to send it out. Scams will never ask for pictures, will never notified about incoming pack in advance and which is most important that they will never be provides a prepaid corporate shipping labels.

How is it a scam when we have not asked for any monies from you nor are there any expenses incurred on you in regards to accepting packages?

I agree there are several scams out there in the work form home field and I am happy that you have been proactive in finding out more about the company you work for.

That means you are serious and dedicated worker the type of persons our company anticipates working with.

So I was hired a month ago and been sending packages supposed to have $1500 base pay and $50 extra each package sent out. They never paid me and now changed my log in info for dashboard and won’t return my calls

- Richmond, TX, USA

I received an email from Depot Post offering a position as a Quality Control Inspector which is a home-based opportunity with easy earning potential. They offer a fixed monthly salary of $1,500.00 plus a bonus of $50.00 for each successful package sent. They also promise an average income of $ 3,000.00/month (payday is once a moth).I had my phone interview and was hired immediately after confirming that i have a computer, a printer and internet.

I received about 23 packages all together. When my payday arrives after 30 days, precisely, December 26th, 2019, I was locked out of my account and no one has returned my texts, emails or calls."
