I was looking for a job on Craigslist, I saw an advertisement for cleaners where they paid 22 an hour, I sent my resume and the next day they contacted me, the one who contacted me was a certain "Mr Diaz", he told me to go to to the interview and take 150 for an Osha accreditation and a quick contract and 270 more for the uniform and other things, I arrived at the building (118-35 Queens Blvd 4th floor) upon arrival they asked me if I was willing to work at any time, In that month I was out of work and I needed an urgent job! they saw how anxious and desperate I was to work and even so they stole my money, I NEVER GOT AN OSHA ACCREDITATION, they just send you an email with a fireguard pdf that can literally be found on the internet... they are scammers PLEASE Don't fall for their game, the good thing is that they were already being investigated and this whole circle of lies is going to fall soon

Hello all,

I feel very frustrated that this person did this to all of you. (and me, he also did it to me, but it's worse that he did it to so many others too).

I am so sorry that you ever met this mentally unstable man and he stole your hard-earned money, simply because you were looking for a job. He most likely has a personality disorder, an addiction problem, no remorse, and an overall demented brain.
He mentioned that his favorite show is the Sopranos and he uses Italian mob names, like a pathetic loser wannabe mobster.

He is living in his own delusion and lies.
He is a menace to society and should not be allowed to roam free.

However, there are cracks and loopholes in the system that he is able to exploit. Unfortunately, life can be challenging at times and there are mentally unwell people who we can't always protect ourselves from.

Because you are a normal person who would never do what this man does, it's not what you immediately think upon meeting him, and his seemingly normal behavior...at first...is so misleading. Of course, he soon turns into a real psycho, but you don't know that at first, nor should you.

You did not deserve this and I am sorry that it happened to you. He not only stole money, but he stole time and caused emotional turmoil, stress, pain, and anguish, which is horrible.

You are not the problem. He is. It is not a crime or evil to be trusting, but it is a crime and evil to steal people's money, string them along, make false promises, and cause the type of undeserved stress, turmoil he caused. You were simply looking for a job not a nightmare psychopath!

If you did not get your money back, I am sorry. If it was painful for you, I am sorry. Please do not let him steal anything else from you or make you feel foolish in ANY WAY. Only he should feel foolish. And please don't let him tarnish your image of people or the world. Because he is not everyone, but one of the bad apples. (Sometimes there seems like a lot of them, but that's because they make a big mess and cause a big scene)

I hope you recover from this horrible experience and find good people and places and do not cross paths with anymore con artists. I hope things get better for you and good things happen to you. Or I hope you make them happen for yourself. Either way, I am so sorry you ever met this man. Try and forget it immediately and go have fun and live a nice life.

Thank you for posting to this website. The loopholes can only be filled when we know where they are. So I appreciate you speaking up and sharing your story to help others and help society from the bad apples.

I truly wish all the best to you

Total money lost $100
Type of a scam Employment

ATTENTION: THIS GUY IN THE PIC ATTACHED IS THE CENTER OF AN ENORMOUS EMPLOYMENT SCAM IN QUEENS, NY AND NJ! PLEASE READ ALL! Multiple aliases: Bruno, Delusa, Tony, ect.

By the way, the "Helena Jones" person is a fake person on Google Maps, along with other fake accounts he's making to post positive reviews. That person posted two fake reviews for both his offices... How could the same person have visited two offices in two different states ? Makes no sense. It's a fake account. Presumably someone that is working for this funny looking crook, is behind the account. The reviews are so poor that he's making fake accounts to counter them. All these ghost accounts, that only posted one review for his offices. Very conspicuous...

BRIEF: He posted an ad on CL about a cleaning job. I called him, he told me it would be $100. Met with him for a fake interview on Dec 5, 2019. He told me I had to pay $150 then, and then another $200 on the day of the training... I said no, because we didn't agree to that over the phone. (He'll say anything to get you to come in to scam you.) So, I gave him $100. He promised a job and certificate. Took the training on Dec 14. I was told I'd receive a call on Dec 18 about where I'd start my $19 job... Never got the call on that day. Then some weirdo, pervert called me name "Mr Ford" (probably an aliase) on Dec 20. The guy was looking for sex, rather than employing me... This guy didn't have a job to begin with. (By the way, the Tony guy told me he's an employer. LIE.)

I call this clown Tony and told him what this fool Mr Ford had said over the phone. In my 6 years of working (yes, I'm young) I've never had a potential employer try to solicit or proposition me for sex. I was literally sick to my stomach. So, Tony played dumb like he didn't know this guy was a creep. But, I didn't even care, I just wanted my certificate for which I have yet to receive. He claimed it was being printed in "NJ," his attempt to make a fake review is literally what brought me here... I clicked on the fake Helena profile and whoooop, here it is! Thanks for putting me on to your other scandalous office. Noted.

He has another office in NJ that I recently found that he's scamming out of:

"nj security training career services"

291 Academy St, Jersey City, NJ 07306

This guy is a criminal, possibly even a convicted felon. He has multiple people working for him. He's not acting alone, however, I do believe he's the ring leader. The FBI is already investigating this dude, and some other agencies too. I asked for my money back because he had not given me a job or certificate as promised... So, basically he just stole my money and thinks it's okay. The Mr Ford character has no jobs either, he sends you on fake interviews. This is a mass SCAM.

He's racist. Called me "*** which I have on video, along with empy threats to come "pay me a visit," which I await. Seriously. I went up to record him and he calls the cops, yet you're gangsta enough to "pull up" to my home... Okay, cop calling piggy. Wow. The numbers to all his offices start with 201... He has 3. 1 now closed because people were onto his scam at the (Forest Hills location), but now he's at 47-01 Van Dam St. Urban Safety Tp has an F rating. He also has another location in NJ called:

"nj security training career services" and the address is 291 Academy St, Jersey City, NJ 07306. He's not under "new management" He's under a new aliase. (He tried responding to a complaint on ScamPulse.com's website saying they're "under management." I'm onto this guy like gravy on steak. The news channel is also in the works on this story. Stay tuned if you're reading this...

Attached:

201-588-1968 is a number his mut is using to lure people into the scam (her name is "Ms. Torres.") I called the Forrest Hills location and surprisingly she calls me back on the number above, which is fake; it's a text free app number. lol. ... I should be an investigative journalist rather than a law student, but they go hand and hand! Lol. These people are dumb as rocks. They make it easy for me to find them scamming everywhere.

Smh.

I saw his Indeed post for a front desk position on Indeed. I was called by a woman by the name of "Emily" who told me to bring my SSN, ID, resume and $150 deposit for training. She told me to meet "Mr. Jackson" on the first floor suite 400. I went in for the interview on a Thursday on September 16th 2021. I spoke to the front desk woman "Jen" and told her I was there to meet "Mr.Jackson" and she told me he wasn't available, so I met with "Tony Vino". This man goes by several different aliases, so none of his victims no his real name. He asks me to step into his office, he mostly asks unprofessional questions that have nothing to do with the job as a tactic to distract you as you sign a fake contract. I have a copy of these receipts and this supposed contract. In addition, the name of the company on the contract was "General Cleaning Innovated" which was not the name of the company I applied for. I go to the bank to take out the $150 and he is left with my SSN and ID. I don't know what he did with them. We agree on a date for me to come back for me to give the rest of my deposit, a total of $300. He verbally threatened me on the phone when I told him I couldn't afford to pay the rest, but nonetheless I found a way to get this money and we met on November 5th 2021 for the second time. I found an entire forum of victims he has preyed on and you can see all the details. It is sick that he has been doing this for more than 2 years and hasn't faced consequences. This is a serious matter that needs to be taken care of immediately, because he constantly jumps to different office rental spaces.

JEN THE FRONT DESK WOMAN AS AN ACCOMPLIANCE. SHE WORKS FOR REGUS AND ALTHOUGH SHE DOESN'T WORK FOR HIM DIRECTLY AND JUST THE COMPANY, SHE IS EQUALLY AS GUILTY AS HIM BECAUSE SHE SEES EVERYDAY POTENTIAL VICTIMS WHO WALK IN THROUGH THE DOOR AND BATS HER EYES AND TURNS A LEFT CHEEK. HER AND THE ENTIRE REGUS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN. WRITE YELP REVIEWS ON ALL OF THE RENTAL SPACES THEY HAVE IN NEW YORK CITY.

the more reports, the better. Hopefully. This is the government agency to report fraud. If they hear his story many times, maybe they will be more inclined to investigate.

Obvious scam after meeting him first in kew gardens office space in late November he strung me on until January, by the end of January I came in a caught him the office luckily. He blocked my number the night before after i confronted him about the scam and what I found. Lucky I caught him in office next day and was able to call cops. He called cops on me and claimed I was trespassing while in the lobby of a public building. Guys is insane. Even tried to convince the two cops who showers up unrelentlessly that everything was legit and claimed i had a license course he told me to go to. Which couldn't be proven. About 15 mins in he finally caved and claimed he would refund me my $300 deposit which he withdrew from the bank across the street. My suggestion is if you get caught in the guys trap, call police and he might cave in and refund you out of fear. Though the police claim if he refuses it has to to court. We need to file against this guy. 929-538-5027

happened to me too. i wish i saw this before i met him

Not press charges, but someone should jump him. I don't know how no one has punched him in the face, especially with the amount of people he has scammed. We are talking 200+ people.

Oh my gosh. People need to fr press charges.

What’s your number this guy needs to be stopped

Same thing literally happened to me today. The day before, a lady called me to let me know that I have an interview the next day with a guy called Mr. Ford. I came which would be today . When I got to the lobby a guy told asked me what I was there for and I said I had an interview with Mr. Ford. The wait wasn't long at all then I got called by this some guy that introduced himself as Mr. Vino . He told me he was Mr. Ford's boss and he owns the company Im applying for , he then told me about the details abou the job and the shifts . He said the job was a front desk consultant and the starting pay would be 25$ per hour. He asked me a couple question about my background and as I was answering and explaining why they should recruit me, before I even finished he said that I'm hired. He asked me to pay 100$ for the OSHA license and he said as soon as I finish it I start working. After I paid gave him the 100$ in cash, he said I also have to pay an additional 339$ for my training and uniform. I started thinking this was all too good to be true so I started asking him questions if there's a way I can get back my 100$ if I come back a couple days only to not continue with this program because I wanted to do some research about them. I asked him more questions about the location of the place, name of his company since he said he owns the whole thing there and proof that I'll get the job once I paid the full and completed the full training with the OSHA thing . He said the company name was "GCI Innovative ". I really didn't find anything within that name and as I proceed to ask more questions, he then got offended (frustrated) at me and told me to leave his office if I don't want to work there and gave me back my 100$ and said I wasted his time and that he had more people to recruit. I'm glad I trusted my instincts with this guy . Be careful about this Mr. Vino guy, there was a lot of people there like me that were trying to apply at the building. I honestly thought I lost a 25$ rate job but sheesh glad I trusted my gut and found this place. The location of this building is 118-35 queens blvd 4th floor #400 forest hills ny 11375 .

We can hurt him

I’m currently trying to build
a case against Tony Vino so anybody willing to help vouch for me against his crimes. Please Contact me 9293203119

On March 23rd. 2020 I went to Dynamic Safety Solutions located at 47-01 Van Dam St Room #104, Queens, NY 11101. I applied for the armed security guard. I spoke to Tony who put me on to Mr. Thompson who put me on to Ms. Torres who put me on to Ms. Whyte. As you can tell I am dealing with 4 people for 1 position. I paid $3,500 in full. ($500 in cash and $3,000 on my credit card). They gave me their contact info and told me what needed to get done. In the beginning I was able to get in contact with them. About 6 months ago, I was told to pay for the fingerprint and the pistol permit and they will reimburse me via Cashapp. I tried to call them and no answer. Not one answer from anyone of the 4 people I was dealing with. Today December 2nd. 2021 I went to 1 Police Plaza to do my fingerprint and after I went to Dynamic Safety Solutions located at 47-01 Van Dam St Room #104, Queens, NY 11101 to find out why no one has been responding to my phone calls. I went into the room and it was dark and had Refrigerators and other food items. I went across the hall and asked where did Dynamic Safety Solutions go and they told me that they were doing a scam. Please see attachments to prove that I paid in full.

The cops don't care. unless this guy has a lawsuit against him or someone contacts the news, he's gonna keep doing It.

On September 30th, a person called himself Tony Vino received me for an interview for a front desk atendant postion at the addresse mentioned above. He told me that the pay would be 25$ hourly and alll shifts were open for this position. After a few questions, he told me that I was hired but I needed an OSHA treaining so he would send me an email with the link for the training on October 9th. but first I had to pay for the training 150$ in cash and for the uniform another 289$ for a total of 439$ cash. I decided to pay the whole amount upfront so I didn't have to come back to the office, as Mr. Vino advised me. I signed an agreement that states that the amount paid is not refundable whatsoever. On October 9th. I got the email from the website 360Training that stated Mr. Vino had purchased the 10-hour OSHA training for me just for 54$.. After I passed the training, I informed Mr. Vino that I also had received the OSHA card, so he told me to stop by his office just to ultimate details about my position. In his office he gave me a little peace of paper with the name of a company (Livun Ltd.) I should apply for, which I did. Since then, I've been calling Mr. Vino multiple times to get an update of my application. He barely has picked up the phone, I've texted him multiple times too but lately no response from him. I had suspected for weeks that he might be a scam so I texted him and told him what I was thinking about him. He called me back right away very unsulted due to my "false accustions". I could confirm my suspicion when I googled his name and a pic of him poped up that sent me to the website SCAMPULSE. There, I found multiple complaints of victims about the same person who calls himself Tony Vino. Some of them have been filing complaints already. This is an ongoing issue that is documented at least since December 03 2020 as you can confirm on SCAMPULSE. Tony Vino is still seating in the office at the addresse mentioned above.

+1

very true. Honestly the only way he will face consequences is if someone takes him to court. You may not get your money back but he will for sure face repercussions. Or people can even call the news and report of him, the news takes things like this serious.

I only knew the address in lIC but then i found out they another location. Metro safety. The LIC location has been emptied out.

+2

I have been scammed by them also the guy in the photo presented himself as tony and tall white women ms.white, theres also ms.torres and mr.thompson. They allowed me to get the security license but played me about the armed guard. They said they were going to sponsor and train but nothing. I called the NYC comsumer affairs and the NYS attorney general i have filled report and i have case numbers. I asked all of you to file a complaint to both these departments so we have stronger chance of them getting caught, getting our money. Even if its just $100 file a complaint. There are complaints on google, yelp, bbb, and here so if we all report together. We have a higher chance.

+3

What is the location of the office they are using now

Had this happened to me earlier this month by a guy that goes by “Mr.Vino” 4th floor suite 400 on queens blvd. If anybody is reading this and same thing happened, msg me 2015518146. Said I would get an email for training course on the 15th never got, then when contacted he said he had to go to the hospital for a procedure and would be back to me, but I am sure they re located. He even sent me a picture, this is him.

This guy is a TOTAL scam...I am filing complaint with the NY State Attorney's office.

- Astoria, NY, USA

Went to this "Company" looking for work, they promised security training & help getting pistol permit.

Never heard from them again! Went to speak with them in person and was notified that company moved.

Website is fake, phone numbers are out of service. I'm now looking to recover my money, if I can find

these scam artist.

+3

hey please contact me , this just happened to me can you tell me where you went for this . was it in queens blvd ?

OMG! I was so amazed with this company, it really gives me a perfect and stable job. Thank you so much to all the staffs and to the training that I undergo it gives me more knowledge about the job where I am now. Continue to help more people and give, the more job Safety Center!

I am pretty sure he wrote this! or someone working for him!

He is a wannabe mob boss. His favorite show is the sopranos and he iis using fake name from real crime families. angelo bruno was a mobster... that's why he used bruno and all these italian names. He want to be a mobster and probably thinks he is cool for his little scam

Are we talking about the same guy? Tony Vino? The one on the pic on the top?
