I was referred by a friend to their services. According to them, they put me in a student loan forgiveness program. The fee to sign up was $499 and to stay in the student forgiveness program, she stated I would have to continue paying $39 a month. It has been 3 years now and I was trying to get in contact with them recently. I was emailing several e-mails and called and left message and no one was ever returning my calls or answering my email. About 2 weeks later which was a few weeks ago, they finally e-mailed asking me for my re certification. I was trying to explain to them why they haven't answered my other e-mails or calls. Instead they kept directing me to send in my information and to call in for any questions. I told them that I have called and haven't received a call in return. I realized that the e-mails was coming from a different e-mail address this time called M*** I was so confused because that isn't the e-mail that it says to e-mail them to which is ***. It came from two different e-mails from the same e-mail thread. It finally hit me that it was all a scam. I contacted my lender and they told me that the services to have be on student loan forgiveness are free. I was being charged basically for nothing because I have been handling my paperwork myself and submitting it to my lender. This whole time I thought I was getting charged to be in the program and my lender told me that wasn't true. I am just exhausted from this scam and unprofessionalism. I called them to cancel and they stated I have to wait for my account to reviewed. I don't know what else to do and It would be great to get refunded the amount that has come out which is $2,059. I also received messages from other friends who this is happening to as well. Thank you!

The company has my social security number, address, birth date and personal information, I'm fearful of possible identity theft and that I have been scammed. I have been charged 100 dollars for a "loan program," I'm not asking for it to be refunded but to be left alone and to get rid of this possibly fraudulent deal that I fell for that I should have never done in the first place. The "company" is saying I have no way out and have to finish paying a fee that was done on DocuSign, that of which I was not sent any documentation of or can't find any documentation of where it was created. Therefore, between this and phone numbers from California (the one listed), and an Indiana cell phone number (219-747-2295) I believe this is fraudulent and I want to be protected.
