Type of a scam Moving

We needed to get our cars shipped across the country so we found this company to work with. A man named
Michael Vincent Esq.
Senior Vice President of Logistics-
Supply Chain Logistics United States and Europe
Contacted us and gave us a quote of $1850 with a deposit to reserve our reservation for $550. So we paid the deposit and our 3 cars got scheduled to be moved. The driver came and picked up the cars and drove them across the country. The cars arrived (a day late) and we met the driver at delivered to our house to receive the cars back and he told us that the amount due was $1900 when Michael has told us our total bill was $1850 that we owed upon delivery. The driver had a contract with the amount on it ($2400) on his email. A contract that we have never seen or signed. We went ahead and paid the driver and our 3 cars were released. After reaching out to him he Michael was very arrogant and said he doesn’t work for free and that was his payment and he would give us a $50 gas card per car but that hasn’t happened either.

The company that we found online listed themself as American Dispatchers and Logistics, but the website provided on the email listed their company name as American Hauling and Logistics, but the name on the contract that they are using is Elite United Auto Transport & Logistics LLC. I have tried to call their phone number numerous times and there is never an option to speak to a live person ever.

We needed to get our cars shipped across the country so we found this company to work with. A man named Tom Robert's contacted us and gave us a quote of $1996 with a deposit to reserve our reservation for $450. So we paid the deposit and our cars got scheduled to be moved. The driver came and picked up the cars and drove them across the country. The cars arrived (a day late) and we met the driver at 11:30pm to receive the cars back and he told us that the amount due was $2400 when Tom has told us that we owed the driver $1546 upon delivery. The driver had a contract with the amount on it ($2400) on his email. A contract that we have never seen or signed. Needless to say the cars were not released to us and we tried to call the company but of course they were closed. We now have to get a cashier's check tomorrow morning to get our cars released to us. An amount that is $500 more than was promised.

The company that we found online listed themself as American Freedom Logistics, but the website provided on the email listed their company name as American Hauling and Logistics, but the name on the contract that they are using is Elite United Auto Transport & Logistics LLC. I have tried to call their phone number numerous times and there is never an option to speak to a live person ever.
