Contacted by scammer with a “job opportunity “ ; had stated seen resume on “Career Builder job site.” Stated was for work at home data entry-Home Healthcare Representative. Scammer was to send a offer letter following day with Employee Orientation Information---$40/hr & $30/hr for training for 1 week. Scammer Indicated needed to communicate via Skype, that I downloaded on my own. Company was located in the UK, Ireland. I stated to the scammer that I was concerned about the legitimacy of this job offer and requested documentation that this was a legit company, only received words via skype chat. Scammer stated they would send a check to obtain necessary software to do the job. Scammer asked that I purchase 4 software programs and that they would mail be a check for reimbursement and would ship my computer. I asked why it wasn't already installed on the computer and was given more words but no real answer. I stated that most interviews were videos and this was a 45min "chat via text" that they would ask questions. He would send me 5 questions, I answered, he would send me another. I replied---complete waste of my time, if a legit company then i would get documentation of ScamPulse.com info or something, May God have mercy on your soul. No Reply!!!!!!!!!!

I received a text from Kami Elizabeth Evans (+1-260-267-0795) from Wakefield McCoy Limited's recruitment team regarding my interest in a remote data entry job. She instructed me to contact the hiring manager, Michael Reuben Faulker (+1-701-575-0693 or @faulkerreuben), with the code WFML-2024 via the Telegram messaging app. He interviewed me via messages and after telling me I was hired, he requested my contact details (i.e., address, phone number, email), a photo for my company ID, my driver's license, and social security number, all of which I provided unfortunately. He did send me photos of his alleged driver's license and social security card. He told me that my training manager, Roswell Gene Anthony ([email protected]), would be providing a company overview and schedule. I received an email from Roswell with a check to purchase a laptop, printer, and other equipment for the job. I deposited it via mobile app but did not withdraw any funds and put a restriction on my account. During this time, I did more research but could not find any information about the company nor these people and realized it was a scam.

I received a notification via email from Allegion workspace that they had received my application for an Administrative Remote position, and they wanted to set up an interview. They claimed they got my resume and application from zip recruiter. I did not apply to this position on zip recruiter. I assumed initially that it was probably from a site called Flex jobs that has remote job listing's, and thought maybe flex jobs pulled jobs from different job search sites to post on their website. The position looked legit, Anusha Thiyagarah is who I spoke to, she called me and did an over the phone interview yesterday, and I received an email today showing I got the position, along with the offer letter and background information request. But before sending any of my information, I decided to research to make sure it wasn't a scam, and found someone else had reported them as well to the bbb. And all of their information was exactly the same as what I am seeing in my emails.

- Colorado Springs, CO, USA • Mar 15, 2024

They don't attempt to answer basic questions about the company itself or about the location of where the company is or where they obtained your information that "matched you" to the position. The job description does not match anything that I have actually applied for and has no fair background check

I communicated with Garrett Moore via email for two weeks about a possible job opportunity. The more we communicated the more uncomfortable I was about the situation. I was referred to Mr. Moore via a LinkedIn job application that I completed for Tweit, Inc./ Jennifer Thompson. I was not able to locate a LinkedIn profile for Miss Thompson or a website for the company. She supposedly works for. Below I am pasting just one correspondence with Mr. Moore. I didn’t receive a certified which I have not touched nor opened.

Sent email offering job I did not apply for

- Miami, FL, USA • Mar 13, 2024

I saw a job offer on Linkedin for a remote position at a company called "Debt Solutions Today". Interview was extremely unprofessional and used a tactic of building himself up to make the job offer look good. Went on extreme tangents about his personal life, sex life, and became provocative about his sexual health. All of which have nothing to do with the job position. He kept the call going for 3 hours and shared all of his personal life and bragged along with said quote "I couldn't believe when my other employee said I needed to hire someone that I'm connected with and basically in a relationship with besides the sex". He also tried to give me dating advice about how men are horrible but he is a "good man". He also said the company is worth multimillions and lied about his number of employees. After this he tried to set up another interview in his office, but then casually mentions he is not available until the evening.. when the office is technically closed. I declined because of safety reasons and offered an alternative of meeting during his lunch break or in a public coffee shop or restaurant and his demeanor instantly changed and he retracted the job offer.
