My friend told me on Facebook Messenger to contact Empowerment Program. It is a program to win lost money. Do not have to pay back. Their phone number is 580-313-2574. We began texting back and forth. Rowe Smith Claims Agent in Oklahoma with Federal Government. I know that there is no free money. Will deliver the money to your house. They needed personal information to process the application. My name, address, income, mothers maiden name, retired or working.

I received a text message from a friend that they had received $150,000 delivered by UPS and all they had to do was pay a small fee by credit card. They were wondering if I had received my money too. When i told them i hadn't they told me to call 251-888-5648 and tell the agent in charge that I was ready to receive my money and all I had to do was pay shipping charges by credit card. As of this time, I have not responded. Instead I contacted ScamPulse.com and was given this site and told to file my complaint here.

Received a massage from my former boss asking if I had received my money. He stated he saw my name on a winner's list for a free grant that did not need to be paid back. All I had to do to get 70,000.00 in grant money was to send a processing fee of 750.00. Someone who called themselves Mary James who is an agent for the employment department was trying to get me to send money to the above name and address and said CASH would be delivered to me within 7 hours via FedEx. I called my my friend after a while and found out that his messenger account had been hacked.

Message says that Empowerment Program is a company in conjuntion with Facebook Active User compensation bonus. The phone number that I was given for the agent on line is ###-###-####. I haven't contacted them or sent any information. I just got another text wanting to know if I've called the agent. I didn't finish answering or calling the number that was given.

I received an Instant Messenger through Facebook from my cousin, or so I thought. I was suspicious because of the grammar and spelling, plus she didn't respond to any of my personal questions. She just remained focused on the $90k she just received & that I need to call "Juliet Mary" right away to apply. Too many red flags & too good to be true.

They text and stated that if I sent $500.00 in a moneygram and make it out to a Tracy Ross out of Alabama that they would send me $100,000.00. There are about 6 people on the list where they got my name and it's a Facebook page. The full company name is Empowerment Program Organized by the Department of Health and Human Services to help Young, Old, Retired, and Disabled.

Empowerment Program, it called (WCAB) it's to help people with cash retired, unemployed, old, young, disable, widows, full/part time worker's. the link to this is https://www.facebook.com/Agent-Officer-Kathy-Chan-608044296027909/?ref=aymt homepage panel. My friend when I called her said it wasn't her. So they hacked her messenger account and her picture. This person was very persistent in wanting me to contact this agent. The agent told me is was a government grant program that gives me free money but I have pay for the money to get to me. I was contacted by an Agent Robert Walter who says he is a government agent and working with them on a program called Support Workers Compensation Appeals and is sponserd by the Federal Government and the United Nation. They say your name is on a list to receive $200,000.00, tax free but you have to pay $1550.00 for delivery and fees. It sounds like a scam to me that is why I am reporting it. I told him I didn't have that type of money but he continued to tell me how this money would benifit me and If I just pay at least half, I could get my money. He just refused to accept that was not going to give him any money.
