I ordered a product and when it finally arrived a month later, it was not what I ordered. What was sent was defective and unusable. When I first tried to email, the email address was returned undeliverable. When trying to phone the number listed, it was not a working number. I finally tracked down another email address and after many emails, they confessed that the item was wrong but continued to make excuses why they couldn't refund. They offered then 50%, then just 5%, and then 60%. Now they have changed their email address once again.

Another name of business: CAOS

The picture I attached is suppose to be a 2020 NEW RECLINER LUXURY CAMPING CHAIR but is something else and in the picture you can see what they sent will not even attach and it is not reclining. The total price is for 2 chairs for $119.98
