I was trying to buy an Xbox series X from them. They charged me $520 I paid them via Zelle and Now they are saying its held up at a fake shipping facility and I have to pay $500 to get it released. No emails or phone numbers work. Horrible horrible people My son is special needs and Im a single mom with out any money. This is all he wanted for Christmas.

Placed an order for a xbox series x on gaming spot and electronics, I finally found one that is just over suggested retail price! I placed my order and didn't get a confirmation or any information actually in regards to my order, so I'm out $559.00. If you are trying to get your hands on a new video game console, you are going to have to pay more than the MSRP. I know first hand. I was a little skeptical as this was too good to be true. It is a scam.

The website looks legitimate for purchase of ps5 gaming console bundles. You put in your order then when you get to payment there's only instructions to pay via Zelle although they claim to accept Mastercard and PayPal. After I didn't send payment via Zelle, someone named Lucas texted me to ask if I was still going to make the payment. I asked about the other forms of payment listed on the site and he only encouraged me to use PayPal and to be sure to change to friends and family and NOT goods and services.

They advertise a deal for a ps5. I placed an order and get instructions on how to pay with zelle. I paid the email they had for zelle and the first payment was cancelled. I get a message from an unknown number telling me about my order and gives me instructions on who to pay. I pay and they say we will send tracking information. Tracking information is in a spam email. Shipping website looks legit,, but it is an unknown company.. Then on day package is supposed to arrive they send another spam email claiming that package is in customs for not paying insurance and need to pay for insurance and they will refund you. This is where I refused to pay. They continue to threaten and say if you don't pay you will be in legal trouble.

Very similar to the previous situation. Ordered a playstation 5, got contacted by 339-364-2030 about shipping and another number 707-390-0695 about payment. The 2nd number then contacted me about another $500 in insurance and destination based fees and I realized the package wasn't real. They used "continental shipping wave" as their delivery system and said it was coming DHL. Well the number they gave me was not showing up on their website so I became alarmed. They threatened me with jail time, tampering of the package if not retrieved from the airport and one even said he was a single dad who had a kid with sickle cell anemia. Complete waste of human lives, shut down their website please.

Accessed my account and made payments for a product I did not need to an address I don't know (a PS5). When I locked my credit card, he attempted to contact me, saying that my product had been held and that I would need to pay otherwise I would be paying for an illegal product.

Looks like I got scammed if this not legit. The Zelle phone number they used i 740-697-2909 . Had me Zelle to an email to Aaron Nelson

I purchased a PlayStation 5 console (Disc version) for $500 plus an additional $60 for expedited shipping. This company's depth of fraudulent practice is impressive and looking back, I should have noticed the signs. The company is Gaming Spot and Electronic, and they use a shipping provider named TransGlobal Express. On August 2, I sent $560 via Zelle to the following individual; Samara Manning ([email protected]), I received a bogus shipping label from Trans Global Express and a follow-up text message from an individual named Lucas Smith (339) 364-2030 confirming receipt. We exchanged a number of text regarding delivery, and then I received another for the supposed delivery driver Mack Brown (916) 877-9317 stating they needed an additional $500 to cover insurance for my package, I immediately I had been taken. We exchanged more texts, some not so polite, and I informed them I would be filing a BBB.com report. They have a sophisticated operation, I went back to look online and found spelling errors, and it's obvious to me now. Please shut down Gaming Spot & Electronic and Trans Global Express.

They offer electronics in stock that are out of stock everywhere else. Requesting payment through Zella. When you place your order you get a text from a different number with bad English. 330-731-1461
