I signed up for a trial for 7 days and paid 1$ through PayPal. First of all the entire sign up process was strange, there was no type of notification or anything, it was on me to reach out to these people to get started on their "real instagram followers boost." I tried reaching out through WhatsApp with the number on the site +31 (10) 717 1270 and had no luck so I emailed and was contacted, where I again had to input all the information I submitted along with a hashtags and targets for them to get going, this was 2 days into the trial already. So I already missed a few days just trying to contact these people. When he does get in touch, I basically have to help him do his own work, telling him targets and what not for instagram followers. To me that right there says enough about the operation, so I clearly told the guy that I do not want to continue the service after the trial ends. This was on 4/14/19 and the trial ended on 4/18/19. I was charged for $70 monthly subscription on that day and when I asked the guy to refund... on 4/19 once I realized the charge occurred, he basically acted like it was on me and I was to blame, actually using those words and refused to refund. He said that it was reoccurring through paypal and therefore had to be canceled through Paypal. Either way, he received the money and as far as I know has discontinued the work even though I paid for a month of more service. I can't see much action in my account. No posts, likes, followers, etc. The only thing happening in my instagram (@***) is what I'm doing on my own. So he won't refund the money and isn't doing the work that I was charged for, so how is this not a scam. Whether or not I missed an email is irrelevant. I asked the only contact on the site ([email protected]) to cancel days prior to my subscription end date and he did not comply. And on top of it acted very unprofessional when I threatened to hurt his reputation as a business online. Actually even threatened back, saying I'm going to post this email and we will let the internet decide. I will make it show up when someone Google's the name "*** ***" So I left this all to PayPal, but as of right now $70 is missing out of my account.
