I am ashamed that I allowed this to happen. Instead of describing my stupidity yet again, I will paste my one-sided correspondences with this "company." I must note that none of these messages were responded to. I even sent them messages through the message portal on their site, that also went ignored, and in fact, the last one wouldn't even go through.

1) Hello, a few hours ago I ordered your Keto product. The money was deducted immediately from my bank, but I still have not received a confirmation email. Can someone please send my confirmation email? I purchased it through an ad in a word game. Please tell me this was a purchase of a legitimate product.

2) THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU. I ORDERED YOUR PRODUCT AND DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. YOU TOOK MY MONEY THE MOMENT I CLICKED PLACE ORDER. SO AGAIN....PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL AND SEND ME THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

3) I placed an order for ONE bottle plus TWO FREE bottles of ACV+KETO Gummies for $39.99. My bank was charged over $200. I have not received an email confirmation. I do not have the money for this. Please refund all but $39.99 and send me three bottles. It was only after I paid that I was shown an order summary, which did not reflect my order correctly. Please look into this if you value your business reputation. It is already feeling like a scam.

*Addendum* There were TWO charges on my card, the aforementioned $211 for 5 bottles and another product for $52, which I had DECLINED!! I DID NOT ORDER THIS. Please rectify this situation as soon as possible.

4) I would like to say thank you. Due to your monthly automatic renewals, I am now required to change my debit card numbers.... yet again... which will be months of unnecessary BS getting the new card re-established with creditors/utilities/donations, etc and endless emails from places I have set up automatic payments with, saying "Your debit card was declined," or "Please update your payment method." So thanks for that. As well as the warmth and doting you exhibit in all your supportive emails.

I'm under no illusion that someone is actually going to read my messages and respond, but I write these to make it easier to copy and paste them in explaining the situation when I report your "company" to the BBB.

Most importantly, thanks for adding my card to your automatically recurring orders even though I intentionally DECLINED to sign up for that as well. In addition, thanks for charging $52 on top of the $211 for an extra item (which I never saw), in the follow-up offers after placing the order, which I had ALSO DECLINED.
