I was on Instagram and there was an ad for baby shower caps and they were free you just had to pay shipping for each one. It was a celebration thing for their company and to get their name out. My kids don't like water in their face so I thought heck why not try them. They charged my credit card right away and sent me tracking. The tracking is with a foreign company and my tracking number doesn't work and the website is in French. I contacted the company via email to tell them and they assured me it's in the way and to use their company's tracking. Well that says it's waiting to be updated. I have sent 10 emails since the beginning of April looking for my package. They keep assuring me that it's on the way and that because of covid it's taking longer. I have explained I understand that but my other packages from other companies can be tracked and I still get them. I placed my order April 10 and I have sent 3 emails in the last week which haven't been responded to. April 27th my package apparently got to New York but again no package. Attached are images of the tracking I get. I just want my money back.
