I ordered brown hair extensions from this company and received red ones. I asked for a return and they said they don't accept returns-- even though they sent me the wrong product. I asked for it to be refunded and they said they will not issue a refund. It has been months they've ignored my 10+ emails. Do NOT buy from this scam company that will take your money and send you a totally different product.
