Obviously I see now it is a problematic "company" and I have been taken advantage of with this sale.

I ordered three Disney dresses for my daughter on February 10, 2020. They were never delivered. I wrote the company five times. The first two times the company answered with explanations about delays and a plea for my patience. Then they stopped answering. Eventually I noticed their email address had changed on their website. Still no response, no dresses, no refund. SCAM.

I ordered 138.78$ worth of dresses for my daughter on july 17th 2020, her birthday is halloween so goven covid19 i wanted to purchase early for any delays. 10/1/20 i emailed their support which came back message undelivered 2 times. I messaged on facebook which they read 2 days later and blocked me. Everything seemed legit, the purchase went through, received a confirmation email and then nothing. Very dissapointed taking advantage of parents and children who will now be dissapointed.

Placed an order for princess dresses and never received. Customer service email sends an automated generic response and no details on my order. Company takes orders which they cannot fulfill. Do not place an order for anything with this company, you will not get a refund or the items you ordered.

We placed an order for princess dresses on April 26th. We were informed via an email from [email protected] that their shipping was delayed up to 45 days due to COVID:

"Please note that we are doing everything we can to fulfill orders at this time, but orders might be delayed or split shipped, due to COVID-19. Orders might take up to 45 business days to be delivered. Please contact us via [email protected] for more information regarding your order."

In an effort to be understanding in a challenging time, we decided to be patient. Our daughter's birthday was in August, so this was still acceptable for a birthday present.

Following up on July 5th, checking on the status of our order, I received this reply from [email protected]:

"Good Afternoon,

Most orders will be fulfilled over the next 15 business days, Fulfillment is still trying to play catch up after being closed from the pandemic and having to redo operations for social distancing and sanitation. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it is packed. If you need to change sizes please let me know!

I apologize for the extended delay and thank you for your patience.

James"

Still having received no product by Sept 6th, I emailed them referencing the order # we were given at time of purchase, asking for our money back. As of 9/15/20 I have received no reply. Looking into the business on BBB, they appear to be an outright scam. Their address is fraudulent (belongs to a UPS store that has no known relationship with these scammers), and apparently no one receives product that they order from this fake company. They have a website and market on Facebook, but are not real!

Additionally, we had to file for a new credit card in May 2020, due to fraudulent charges (purchase of the Scoob movie on Amazon Video) that I now realize was a connected event.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HARPERANDHENRY.COM!
