Same thing happened to me but my bank took care of it and I got my money back. I never had to send the product back as well. A Macys Facebook page was advertising a free product just pay shipping because they were closing down and paid the shipping but then I got charged nearly $200 for the cream and the serum. It was very deceptive and ill never do that again. The product did work pretty well though and felt very nice on my skin but doesn't last a long way. Especially the cream but the serum was very nice and feels department store worthy. It is a little too high in price though. It should be at the least half that but if they are a start up company I can see why it would cost more then like say clinique who's been around for so long they can keep their prices reasonable. I would use this product again if the price was more reasonable. I saw the cream on Ebay for $17.00 but it's the serum that I liked best.

I was charged $94.90 total for items I thought I was paying $4.95 for! I too, thought I was paying for a trial, when I saw it was a subscription, I closed out the payment window and never hit confirm, but I was charged anyways! Four separate charges, one for $4.95 and $5.95, and then two more larger purchases, to total $94.90.
To make matters worse, I didn't realize the transaction had completed even though I closed the window because I never received any products? Just the random charges from genuinenutritionsupreme8 out of Louisiana and California within minutes if each other ? Now they have the audacity to call my dispute with the credit card company and them "friendly fraud"! Stating I knowingly purchased their product and recieved their product so they will not reverse the charges! This is literally the definition of the pot calling the kettle black!

same scam happened to me, was : ICONILIQUE SKIN CREAM website stated 4.95 shipping cost for FREE sample, but saw they charged two separate charges on my card, i then googled Iconilique Skin Cream Scam and it brought up this site, and then found these muliple complaints about the ''reocurring shipping program". I went back to the site where I ordered - their first page has NOTHING except the text of: 30-day supply - 14-day something, NOTHING about you will be charged $94 montly if you dont cancel before the 14-days, on the 2nd page of their website which is the payment page , on the very bottom in tiny print its has - terms and conditions - the terms and conditions is bascially a warning page that if you ordered the FREE TRAIL CREAM you are enrolled in the reoccurring shipping program which is the $94 mo, it also says you have to cancel the reocurring before 14 days and then send back the cream to them and buyers cost for shipping within 10 days! i did get an email from them after i stupidly purchased the FREE trial , their email stated my card was charged 4.95! but i had 2 separate on my card one for 4.95 the other for 5.95, i called the customer service number, lied and told him at the beginning of the call that it was being recorded, he conf the skin cream and eye serum was what i ordered that is why 2 charges, (didnt realize it had serum ordered) told him to cancel both i did not want the reocurring shipping, he hesitated to cancel it right now stating they want me to keep the 14 day trial of the cream, i demanded it be canceled now, which he said he did but told me that is a 19.95 charge to cancel it, i told him NO WHERE on the terms and conditons does it say that and they better not charge me a cancelation fee for it! the terms and conditons state if you cancel the reoccuring program, you have to return the free trial cream within 10 days but needed to get a RMA # (return merchandise authorization) to put on the returned cream, otherwise would be charged $94 for the FREE TRAIL,,, he told me they aren't excepting returned creams at this time, told him then they better not charge me, told him i was sending it back to them anyways, which i will certified mail. I called my bank and explained this to them, they canceled my card so no more charges go through. I told him just so you know, there are 1000s of complaints on line regarding their deceptive practices, he said ma'm it is in the terms and conditions, I told him, he in the hell reads terms and conditions, told him the terms and conditons info should be on the order page so people know what they are getting into, told him who in the right mind would pay $94 mo for face cream, also advised him they have been reported to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Trade and Commission for their deceptive business practices. He didnt have much to say except he told me to have a good day and stay safe.
