EVERY CALL ENDED UP AS A HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTIC TO GET YOU TO PURCHASE MORE UP GRADES AT INFLATED PRICES THAT YOU DID NOT NEED.*** EVERY TIME THE TECH WANTED YOU TO OPEN YOUR ON LINE BANK ACCOUNT TO CHECK IT. DO NOT DO THIS. On March 2, 2020 a tech called and stated" the company was going out of buisness and wanted to refund our money in agreement with the BBB". I asked for the cost to be refunded to a given charge card or a paped check. Person said "they can`t do this according to the ScamPulse.com agreement". And again want my ONLINE BANKING ACCOUT OPEN TO DO A DIRECT DEPOSIT. THIS COMPANY MAY PROVIDE A SERVICE BUT PURCHASERS BEWARE they are out there to get into your bank accounts. A caller from techaid, JASON, called four (4) times on March 3, 2020 trying to get in my accounts to do a refund. This place is techaid,8407 Central Ave. #2019, Newark , Ca. 94560 I want my money back and all services suspended!!!!!

I shut everything down and paid to get my computer wiped. I only trusted them at the beginning because I thought the Norton site I had used was legit and I had used that company for years.
