Back on September 13 2020, i purchased a bag of incense and a Incense burner, totaling $26.91. As of June 15, 2021, I still have yet to receive my order. I have contacted their customer service email on numerous occasions and was always given an excuse. For the first 4 months it was covid related delays. Then when I demanded a refund, i was given another set of excuses that their bank has put a hold on funds, etc..etc. I have reached out to them several times in the past couple months and no longer get any replies.

I made a purchase on 9/11/2020 and was informed via email that the products would be shipped out in 6 business days. Emailed Supplier on 10/19, 11/1, 11/11, and 12/9 and was told each time it would be shipped out by the end of the month. I then emailed on 1/23 and was told it would ship out by March 1st. Still nothing. I just send another email today, 6/3 and requested that they refund me in full as it has been 10 months since I placed the order.

This so call business is scamming customers by advertising merchandise that doesn’t exists. Customers such as myself ordered and paid for the merchandise and never received it. Multiple emails were sent out to “Alex” who keeps insisting the product will be shipped by a given date but turned out to be just a stall tactic! Please do not order from this company!

Made a purchase in November 2020, which was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Of course it never was. Contacted their support and received a sob story about Covid, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I made a second follow the answer and non commitment for delivery raised a flag. I reported the transaction to my bank's fraud department and they agreed that the transaction has all characteristic of a fraud and refunded me.

This company will gladly take your money and never give it back. I ordered an item last year and it has yet to be delivered. Every time i ask when it will come they send the same automated message but change the shipping date till after their refund policy expires. The never actually send you a real email just automated ones that gove no support.

Ordered the product in November and never received any tracking info. I e-mailed in January and was told they are behind so I asked for a refund. I was told the refund would be deposited back to PayPal. I received a notification from PayPal 10 days later that the refund was canceled and would not be deposited as there was no money to process the refund

Ordered from this company 3 months ago and have never received it. They said it would be shipped the end of December and then January now saying it will be shipped the 1st of March. I have seen others say that they have placed and order with this company and have never received anything.

I made a purchase in July 2020, it is now January 2021 and I have not received any of the products I ordered. I asked for a refund in October 2020 and none was issues. I received an email stating the product would be mailed out that week. Three months later I have not received any product and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, it will only lead to frustration and disappointment.

I saw this company on Facebook and wanted an incense burner, they have yet to ship it out and it’s been 2 months. The only person I get emails from just pushes back the ship date every time I contact him. At first I thought it was a small business struggling to keep up with COVID. Now I’ve seen the 133 complaints identical to mine on the ScamPulse.com site and they are a fraudulent company!

Made purchase back in August. Package did arrive but over a month later. Now that it’s December a payment of $40.00 has been transferred from my account by incensewaterfalls.co. I plan to place a stop payment on my account for the time being to ensure no more money is withdrawn. For anyone out there dealing with a similar situation, I would suggest placing a stop payment (about $15.00) and guarantees a site cannot remove anything from your account for 3 months. You could also refer to your bank and ask for a disclosure on the amount that was removed. A disclosure is not guaranteed to work but it’s a good way to try and take back whatever payment has come from your account without consent. I hope this comment is helpful to others.

Ordered something in early September and it was suppose to be a 10-18 day shipping. It’s almost December and the times I have contacted them to see what is going on they say they moved or they pandemic is holding them up. It will always ship the next month on the 15th they said, but then nothing shows up. I tried to cancel my order since I was not given what I payed for in the time they promised. They tell me I can’t because it was past the 24 hours since I ordered. I know it’s not much money but I have been looking up other peoples reviews on other websites and not just on their site. It seems like it happens a lot and $40 here and there add up.

I made a purchase off of this website on 9/16/2020. I waited 3 weeks before reaching out for an update. I reach out 7 times in the past 2 months and they keep saying it will be shipped soon and kept giving me fake dates. I asked for a phone number for customer service and the number that is associated with the company is a fake google number. They refuse to refund anything until you "receive" your product. I looked up reviews and everyone that had purchased something from them is saying the same thing. No one has received any products and they will not give you your money back and refuse to give me a real number to call.

I am very sorry about the delay. However, once the package has finished processing you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then use your tracking number in this tracking service: https://www.17track.net/en.

We are working to get things back to normal and caught up, we will have this processed and shipped out on or before October 15th.

Sadly, as a small company we have been greatly impacted by this virus as well as our carriers, but are constantly moving forward to get you your order as soon as possible.

I placed an order on 8/17/20, email confirmation said to expect my order mid September. I waited until mid September, no word from this company since. Emailed on 9/26/20 (again, no word, at all from this company, had to INQUIRE) and I asked if there was an update on the order. They emailed back the same day, with a very long email basically saying they're sorry for the delay and once I got the confirmation there was no going back. That was not relevant to the question "Hi! is there an update on this order? thank you!" They emailed back defensively immediately and then went on to say they are trying to get caught up still. "We will have this processed and shipped out on or before October 15th." And I accepted that. Couple weeks go by from September 26th and October 15th passes, no emails from company. I gave them a couple days, emailed on October 17th and asked if there was an update on this order. This has passed beyond what they originally said. They emailed back October 18th and said

"Your order has been process and is ready to ship. It will be shipped very soon and you will receive a tracking number within the next few days.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. We are always happy to help!" (I copy and pasted from email.)

I got no confirmation email, which they said I would get when it's ready to ship out, meaning there's a label and it's been dropped off at the postal service (aka processed and ready to ship).

I emailed October 23rd and said I expected this to ship by now as they had literally just said it was processed and ready to ship.

They emailed me back the same day and said "I am very sorry about the delay. We are working to get things back to normal and caught up, we will have this shipped out by the end of next week."

I'm confused, why is it going to be shipped out by the end of next week when they just said it was processed and ready to ship. They playing games with me at this point, hoping I keep running in circles until i don't know what they expect to happen.

I emailed say I expected this to be shipped by Friday the 30th or I demand a refund. this is so unprofessional, well it's a scam, so there you go.

He guaranteed it would be shipped out by the 30th. He "assured" me it would absolutely be shipped out October 30th, making promises.

October 30th comes around, no email.

I email the next day on the 31st and said they didn't meet up with what they GUARANTEED, I'd like a refund.

they email back the same day and said "I apologize for this continued delay. We will have this shipped out in under 7 days."

I emailed back and said, no, they have a new date every single time, I'd like a refund.

They email back quickly and say their website states the 24 hour refund policy, otherwise no refund. That's funny and coincidental on how, now they can't fulfill the order and keep pushing the date, while no refunds are allowed, at all. according to them.

Then said it would be shipped out in under the next 7 days.

I emailed back today, 11/05/20, and they emailed back saying it will be shipped out in under the next 7 days.

see where this is going?

Apparently they're deleting others comments on Instagram, etc etc etc. There's a lot of victims in this.

I ordered two products from incense falls back on 08/07/2020. After a couple weeks I noticed I was not receiving any notifications about shipping, only spam emails. I contacted them via email asking where the incense falls were and that I was expecting them much sooner. They told me the product would be shipped by September 30th as stated on the website. I sent screenshots of the website that nowhere did it say it would arrive as late as they were stating. They refused to refund me and basically told me “too bad, just wait”. So I waited. But today is now October 15, over two weeks past the date they said the product would ship and they are not responding nor refunding me. This website is a scam and nobody should spend their money on this, they will not ship you anything and refuse to refund you.
