Ordered in September. Received a package in late November. It was wrong order, called and emailed for a return or replacement. Awful customer service. I spent $227.69 and received a small package of pillow covers. I ordered 2 couch covers, 2 recliner covers and pillow covers. The items came from China. I would love to get my money back. I emailed back and forth and then they stopped emailing me. I requested return and they asked for pictures, etc. I did everything they asked for, and no items sent to me or a refund.

Ordered three items but only received one. Credit card was charged for the full order. After leaving multiple voice mail messages with my contact information, I received no response. I also emailed and received one reply. Got a lot of run around (and On April 5 excuses like a severe system integration failure were given to me). My last ditch email of April 17 has gone unacknowledged and I still have not received the two items promised.

I purchased 3 items for $39.00, I only received 1. If I want to receive the other 2, I only need to pay shipping $9.00 (Shipping originally was free). They marked prices up to do a black Friday cyber–Monday special and they ended up with a computer glitch, that is why I only got 1. If you go to the web page, you will see 1 is only 24.95 with free shipping. I offered to ship this 1 back for a full refund, they just needed to send me a pre-paid shipping label, they refused.

This is part of the response they gave me: Just a brief reminder, the cost for the 3x Trio shouldn't be ($39) which is a price of a solo variant.

The entire package that was sent was complete, hence the remaining items could not be delivered.

We'd be happy to assist further, but in order to be fair to all of our customers who haven't encountered a system glitch, we are unable to make any exceptions this time.

I have now paid the shipping. Alliance community bank is reimbursing me. Because that is the cheapest and easiest way to do it.

But them nor I should be out money, Hairo should be held responsible.

I know it is minimal but how many other people did they do this to, this holiday season.
