They emailed monthly updates with their progress on the bikes.
The first update for the bikes were December 2021, then I received another notification delivery was February 2022.
From time to time during Covid 19, I visited the campaign website and they said they were having issues with delivery chain and production battery and various other circumstances. I assumed it was all because of Covid. I joined a FB group online and many people expressed disappointment that the bikes were not coming and that this was all a scam. Some people recited money back while others did not.
I sent an email August 27,2020 and was told delivery was now pushed back to December 2022.
My last notification was delivery was June 2023. On November 1, 2022 I requested a full refund.
I just checked today on the campaign site and their explanation on any kind of a product is very dismal.
