I was looking at my Facebook feed. A friend "shared" a Chik-fil-a post. The CEO was giving away 4 meals for a limited time. I clicked on the link to sign up. I think it asked for my email and/or address? Then it went to a "choose your free gift item of your choice" just pay shipping and handling. Unfortunately I chose a "Fitbit" and entered my cc info to pay shipping. Shortly after that I got an email confirming the charge. The email came from "[email protected]". It showed order confirmation #236417 (oops! that email just disappeared from my phone!) it had the item listed, I believe and my name and phone number.

Two days later I got an email from Customer Support Team for Fitnos. But the email address was "[email protected]" and they wanted me to send my address because my address "does not appear to be valid in the USPS system". If they don't receive a response in 72 hours they will cancel the order and process the refund which I should receive in 3-5 business days. All correspondence is signed from Jam.

I sincerely hope I get my refund since I am afraid to send my address to the new email.

I never heard from or received anything from Chick-fil-a.
