Was ordering Baby Yoda for my wife for Christmas. Description and video was of high quality product and described as best quality resin material and full animatronic motion. Was actually cheap plush Chinese crap manufacturing. Took 6 weeks to arrive and when I asked to return was told they could only refund 15%. When I went to website it was unavailable. Very disgusted and disappointed.

I ordered an animatronic baby yoda for my husband for Christmas. After tax and shipping I paid $50.88! This company called Irontreeco said that they were based out of California. It was a lie...they are in China. I waited 33 days for this stupid product and I even paid for faster shipping! I ordered a resin material high quality baby yoday. I received a crappy plush toy that looks like it's from the dollar tree!

I saw a Facebook ad that advertised the new Hasbro fully animatronic Baby Yoda toy on sale, which I hoped to surprise my husband with for Christmas. In stores, this product was about $80, and this "irontreeco" website listed it on sale for $27.99. You could also select an "Upgraded resin version" for $36.89. All pictures shown on the product page were of the offical toy by Hasbro, and there was also a video of the toy being demonstrated. The details on the page were also of the Hasbro toy, and described how it was animatronic and had special "force naps" when you laid it down. The page promised that their warehouse was in City of Industry, CA, which is in our state, so it would come quickly. I bought it on 11/19. On 12/7, I finally received a shipping notice with a tracking number, and it showed that the item was actually being shipped from China. This was disappointing because I was now starting to suspect I'd been scammed, and it likely would arrive too closely to Christmas to fix. Sure enough, the item arrived on Monday 12/21, and was not at all the product that had been advertised. What arrived was a cheaply made plush with a plastic speaker at the bottom. Definitely not worth the $40+ I paid, and not the same Hasbro animatronic toy they represented. I have since discovered many more people being tricked by the same bait and switch, and I suspect many of them don't want to bother with the hassle of getting a refund. This site needs to be shut down if they misrepresent products this much and steal photos from Hasbro's products. They delete any negative reviews on the Facebook ad or website.
