This company pretends to be Microsoft and claims that they will help people with monthly scans etc. for anywhere from $300 to $700. They literally phish you in with a call or email or online popup that my aunt fell for and now she can't get out of it, even though she has notified them that she does not want their services and had a real tech company clean up her computer to remove their software. They are FRAUDS and they need to be shut down. They pretend to be MICROSOFT and they are not... even their website claims they are partnered with MICROSOFT but they are NOT... do NOT fall for this company and I am hopeful the US Attorney of NJ closes this place down with heavy fines!!!! They are thieves!

Caller (Jeff) stated that the company is going out of business. I had purchased computer services from them and caller said they were refunding some of my money in the amount of $400. He stated that the only way he could do this was to take control of my computer and transfer the money from their account through Chase Bank to my account. He then claimed they "accidentally" transferred $4000 to my account instead of $400, claiming I owed them $3600, which could only be reconciled by my buying seven Best Buy gilt cards from CVS and reporting the numbers on the back of the gift cards to him. I refused to do this, and when I again logged into my bank account, my refund was changed from $4000 to $40. I called him back and he said I would get the additional $360 owed to me after I purchased the gift cards. I am still owed $360 from IZACCESS.

Just fell for the scam two days ago, all the same tricks were used on me and I fell for it. They have been working on my PC now for two days and still can't fix the problem they caused. At the end of this day, they instructed me to keep my PC on and they will call tomorrow morning to work on it again. I turned it off after talking to my daughter who checked them out on this site and let me know I was scammed. I don't want to say how much I was taken for, as I am too embarrassed. I am going to try to stop payment and am going to report this to better business bureau.

I was in the middle of a school project and trying to access a website for documenting information for an essay, when my computer begin to seemingly crash, with error messages popping up everywhere, alert signals beeping loudly and popups from "Microsoft" stating I was being attacked by malicious malware and viruses, along with a phone number to call immediately to fix it. My computer was frozen, I could not close any screens, and I couldn't even turn my computer off. I called the number on the screen thinking I was calling Microsoft and someone answered claiming to be a Microsoft technician. I was told that he could "easily and quickly" help me, but it would cost around $100 to $200 to "repair my computer". I was hesitant but the technician insisted this was the only way to unfreeze my computer. He demanded that I provide payment information quickly so that he could access my computer to fix it. Once I gave him my debit card info, he then proceeded to tell me that the problem was way worse and it would cost several hundred dollars! Before he even got into my computer, he had already charged my card $755! I immediately told him that was not what was agreed and he hung up on me. I called back and demanded that he STOP whatever he was doing to my computer and he hung up on me again. I managed to turn off my computer, so that he would be booted out of my system and he of course called me demanding to let him back in. I realized that this was all part of a huge scam! I've called and demanded refund and have been told that only a partial refund may be considered. When it states very clearly on their website that a FULL refund will be given, no questions asked, if customers are not satisfied!
