I recently took a survey for Kolh's through my email. It stated that I was to receive a tacticle flashlight for shipping fees of $5.95. I submitted my bankcard and it was sent to me in about 3 days. The following week I saw a pending transaction for $76.68 for a membership to some savings club. It was from the same place. Maximumdesire was listed with the number 8552116630. Which I saw online was listed as a scam from the Geek Squad. I closed my bankcard and the charge was taken off. Now I have to wait for a new card. Lesson learned do not give anyone you bankcard number online!

I’m glad I saw this before inserting my card. Thank you!

I completed an online survey from what looked like Kohl's & picked the laptop. It was supposed to be free with paid S&H. However, the price charged was double the S& H price and the next month, I was charged almost $90! Also, I thought it was strange that I didn't receive an email with my receipt, as companies usually do. I put a stop on my CC & filed a fraud complaint with my bank. Lesson learned. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Received notice from Kohl's to fill out survey on shopping at Kohl's and would be rewarded after completion of survey. Ordered a dyson vac for S/H $2.95 and then received a $49.00 Charge on my debit account for $49.00 for Bodypremier products. Notified by Comenity bank first as a scam because they declined my first choice on their credit card. Notifed my keybank to dispute charge as fraud. This is just to let you know your name is being used in a scam process for completing a survey on recent shopping at Kohls.

I really thought this email was legit. I filled out the survey and I picked the Ear Buds. My email said a 90.00 gift. . If I had really looked at the email address, I would have noticed the weird letters at the end which Kohls wouldn't have. Once I got to the shipping payment screen it was 3.00 more but if I gave a Master Card to pay, the 3.00 extra would have come off. I went to get my Master Card and something told me to stop. I all of a sudden thought, Wouldn't Kohls just put the S H on my Kohls card.. That was when I looked back at the Email and thought it was odd. Went to Kohls.com and saw all of these SCAM messages. I knew my instincts were right. I do gave a problem with thinking all of these things are legit until I get to the part where they want CC info. I really need to verify before I do fall into one into 9ne of these traps. Thank you for this opportunity to report this fraud. I really love Kohls and now I love it even more.

I took the Kohl's survey thinking I'd actually clicked a link in an actual Kohl's email and after the survey was offered to be able to purchase an item for shipping and handling. So I picked the dash cam. After I completed my purchase, I still thought this was really weird and went back to the email and realized it did not come from Kohl's. If I would have noticed that earlier I would have never done anything with this email. So now what do I do? Tell my bank to not allow any more charges on that card? I just did the purchase yesterday, and I have no email confirmations about it at all. My bank did send me a text asking if I authorized that payment. And of course I said yes but I don't want to authorize anymore

The same thing happened to me. A week after I paid the shipping & handling I was charged the $49.97. The charge was on my Capital One card so I called them and they said they would take care of it.
A few months ago I had an issue with a charge on my Wal-Mart bank card I canceled with a company and they charged me anyway. I called the WalMart bank people and they were able to reverse the charge.

I received an email saying congratulations your KohlsReward has arrived. It’s says take a survey and get a free gift. It had a picture of 3 eggs & said “Which of the eggs has your chance to win”. I click on the word crack under one of the eggs. It opened a new page & showed web address peacedeck.net that quickly switched to https://gpgcs.com/fly/w17a. On this site a pop up screen show your a winner & then there’s an accept button. Click on the accept it takes you to the survey of 16 questions about Kohls department store. Once you complete the survey it tells you that you have unlocked 5+ deal. This is where the scam is at. It shows you regular everyday items that you may use or like to use & it says choose 1. Most say free but have to pay shipping & handling. I chose the foot

massager for my teen son who has growing pain as a result of feet growth. The shipping and handling was $7.45. I clicked the claim reward button & the next screen is where I entered my information. I used my prepaid Cash App card & the fraudulent company took the s&h $7.45 on 10/12/2021 the was no terms and conditions on this page what so ever. On Saturday 10/16/2021 I received an email alert for a purchase of $49.97. When I opened the email I noticed it was from the same company that I had the $7.45 s&h fee to. The company name says Maxrevive. I could not find a website for this company. I went back to my email & viewed my receipt where I paid $7.45 s&h & the email shows [email protected]. I googled the name tryextremediscountsupply.com nothing came up so I emailed and asked for their customer service # which the provided. I spoke with female representative today 10/19/2021 who said I order their membership for $49.97. I explained what I ordered & no where on the payment screen did it say by purchasing this product that I was agreeing to purchase a membership. I told her I wanted a refund & do no want the product and she said they don’t do refunds. I am very upset. I haven’t worked in a full year due to covid-19 medical reason i don’t have money to just give away. I was only trying to do a good deed as a single mother by trying to purchase a product (foot massager) to help my son alleviate his constant foot pain. This is false advertising & fraud.

They also have another website attached if you hit the back button it goes to https://identicide.com/wheel/indexconv-wall.bt.php?b=vizaaa&pushov=0&aff... They need to be shut down & fine I can only imagine how many people they are scamming daily. I have been getting these Kohls Reward emails for quite some time & never took the survey until last week.
