Medical alert service Reports & Reviews (2)

I received a legitimate but very messed up phone message from a bank with which I have business. I called the number I believed they left on the message, but it was not the right number (due to my attempt to decipher their messed up voicemail). When they answered, a live-sounding person introduced themselves, stated they were on a recorded line and asked if I could hear them. After I answered, they went into a sales pitch that was clearly a recording.

- Grove City, OH, USA

Did not pick up the phone because I did not recognize the phone number and they left a voicemail. "... now to receive a medical alarm at no cost press one now or press nine to opt out..."
