Well thought this person was offering a real job till I started doing research today was my first day she had me printing and sending checks threw the mail then she sent me a contact told me to sign it and she said I was done for the day so that's when I started doing research on the site there's a picture of her and a phone number and email under her name on the site but the phone number and email is not valid so she's a fake and I think the company is a fake called the company no answer so beware

I also have more texts plus the emails if this will be useful to anyone

I seen this job offering on indeed and I was interested because it was a work from home job. So I received a text from her from a 6623992437 saying I will be capable of doing the job abd she’ll be sending over a contract with the company soon as the first set of payee checks are done. Also I will be reimbursed for everything I’ve purchased. She asked for receipts and my address. So today she sent me a check for my reimbursement and she said take out the reimbursement and send the rest to another party and she hope she can trust me, not thinking, I cashed the check and the bank put a hold on my account for 7 days saying that it was fraudulent. That’s when I realized this isn’t a legit job.

I recently was contacted by her the day after Thanksgiving she had me print 3 checks today and send it as well do I contact but I decided to do some research on the company and came across your post so after today she will not hear from me.

I saw a Facebook post on the ******* ** ** group about a possible job position. I messaged the user, Justina F Bruce, about the opening. She asked for my email, I provided it, and then she sent it to "Mrs. Stacey Smith, the Group Manager of the Company" which was not identified yet. I was asked to confirm that I received Stacey's email and that I emailed her back, and I haven't heard back from her yet.

Meanwhile, I received an email from Stacey Smith at [email protected]. She outlined who she is, how she words ffor the Mississippi Manufacturers Association, that she's pregnant, and needs an assistant. To quote the email, "You will handle the printing of my payroll-Check and Dispatching them on the payroll list of the Companies co-workers and which will be done under the authorization of the Companies which will be made for you to dispatch the Payroll-Checks to the Client's various destinations through Courier services like FEDEX and i will take care of the shipping and handling of the payrolls you are dropping off.. Experience is not necessary to be successful within this position as I'm willing to train the right candidate who is Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable and able to work."

The email was littered with grammatical errors, but I didn't realize how sketchy it was until later. I sent her my phone number along with other general information, including my home address. She then switched to texting me from this number: (805) 335-6456. She asked if I was capable for the job, and that was it. No interview process, and everything was over instant messenger. After I "accepted" the job, I was told to purchase envelopes and blank checks from Staples, which was going to be sent to my house on January 5th. I emailed her my order receipt, which she accepted and told me that she would train me on the EZ Checks system after they arrive.

After we stopped exchanging texts for the night, I reviewed everything and talked to my family, who felt like something was off. Agreeing with them, I checked the Mississippi Manufacturers Association website, found a Stacey Smith how was listed with a different email. I kept digging until I found a nearly identical email to the one I received on a forum about employment scams. I have not had any contact with the fake Stacey Smith or Justina F. Bruce since discovering this.
