I placed an order for a Non-Contact Thermometer on their website. Within an hour I decided this model was not for me so I attempted to cancel the order. I sent 5 different emails to the various contacts they had provided on their website. One of which says “if you have any questions please email this address” and came back to me as an incorrect email address!
I also messaged the “chat with us” when a associate is supposed to assist you and still nothing. Of course I was charged and the product was shipped to me which I received over a week later. I have attempted numerous times to ask for a refund and how to send it back as I have not opened the box and do not want the product. I still have not received any word from this company. Stay away from them they will take your money!

This company is a scam and dishonest! I ordered a b/p cuff 12-10-12 and the tracking showed they never shipped it. Tried several times to contact them with no response. Had to get PayPal involved and they refunded my money. They are scamming folks. Taking their money and never shipping products!

I ordered a B/P cuff from them on 12-10-20 and was sent an email on 12-12-20 informing me it shipped. The tracking number with USPS showed the PO never received the item. I tried multiple times to contact company by email as I needed the cuff ASAP. They never responded to my emails and I never could find a phone number for them! This company is a dishonest scammer . They take your money and never ship your merchandise! After I ordered my cuff, I found several websites with complaints stating they never sent merchandise. They must have made up the reviews on their website cause there is no way for an actual customer to submit a review! I am so frustrated and disappointed!

Very slow service. Tracking numbers typically don’t work as well. If you need in a hurry go to pharmacy and purchase. Item took over two and a half weeks to arrive from time of order. No responses from vendor until I filed a formal complaint with credit card company.

I sent three messages to the company. One of two items did not ship and no one responds to my messages; I am contacting my credit card company to initiate a fraud/dispute claim.

On April 22nd and April 25th I placed orders for no touch thermometers through a company titled Modern Medical USA. See the website here: https://www.modernmedicalusa.com/ I needed the no touch thermometers immediately for work and paid for expedited shipping, yet the thermometers continued not to arrive and the tracking # provided no details as to where they were. When contacting the company there was no information as to the location of the thermometers. Finally after two weeks the tracking # showed that they had made it to a distribution center. It took a month to have the thermometers finally delivered. In the meantime, I had to order more thermometers via a different company and those thermometers arrived in about 3 days. I simply couldn’t wait until the end of May. I no longer needed the thermometers via Modern Medical USA and contacted the company to find out how to return them. They demanded a video showing what was wrong with the thermometers and stated that they only took returns on defective products. Yet, their website clearly states in the first few lines: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

My products were unused and in original packaging and it had not been past 30 days.

I have emailed, tried the chat box, multiple times to make sure I am returning them to the correct address. They refuse to give me an address. They refuse to acknowledge their own return policy even when I copy/paste the policy into the chat box. I googled the address on my thermometer package and discovered someone else complaining about them and stating that they were given an address in China in order to return their product and that the postage was 75 dollars. I don’t believe this company is in Hawthorne, CA. Based on what I can see the Hawthorne address is a shipping company, not a medical company. The Modern Medical website lists no address and no phone number to contact them. This company is a scam. Do not order from them. If you need to return an item you will be out of luck.
