I am unable to submit a complaint...the problem is that in order to do that I have to be able to search for the business, and provide address/website, etc. details. I have not been able to locate any of those. The following is what I have been able to compile:

This is the voicemail that I receive: "Josh" calls saying that he was following up on a conversation we had regarding refinancing my home. I have not contacted any company since I refinanced more than seven years ago with my own bank. I have NEVER spoken to this individual nor the company. Previously when I called trying to ascertain a direct website for the company for more specific information regarding it, they were unable to provide me with any tangible links, and hung up on me when I pressed for more information.
