I purchased 2 pair of Mypods from an online site on 11/30/2019 the total purchase price came out of my account that day and I was told to please allow 2-4 days to process my order and 1-3 weeks for delivery. I NEVER got a confirmation. So I reached out to the company and they said due to high demand it was taking longer than normal. Per their website:

BASIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to a high volume of orders, our shipping times range anywhere from 1-5 weeks on average. Rare instances may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases (albeit rare) you may receive your order anywhere from 4-7 weeks (highly unlikely).

Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1 to 7 business days upon receipt of your order. Note that this is not a shipping date.

All items arrive usually within a week but in some rare cases please allow 1-5 business weeks for shipping. If you still have not received your purchase after that time frame, please notify us at: [email protected]

We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 72 hours) but there might be some delays – especially after releases or mass volume orders on a product! Your patience is appreciated.

I have contacted them numerous times and got a response from "Melissa" giving excuses and such, their website continues to say in stock order now, yet she told me in an email they were waiting on their supplier. It is now 02/19 and I still have heard nothing and have not gotten the product ordered. After requesting a refund they stopped replying to emails and there is not a phone number listed on the website to reach them.

On December 13th I contacted you again as my order number still didn't show in your system and I had not gotten an email saying my order was processed and you replied

On December 20th I requested a refund after getting this email and knowing that I was not getting the product prior to Christmas and feeling like I had been scammed since all your facebook ads said all products were back in stock:

I have since NOT gotten any tracking information, it is approaching the 30 day mark that you said I would get the order "right away but may still take 30 days" and you are not returning my emails since I requested a refund. Your site still doesn't recognize my order number either!

I have contacted my bank and will be contacting the ScamPulse.com and any other authorities I can reach out to about your business practices.

The last line of the above email was " Please let us know how you wish to proceed so we can further assist you" I requested a refund and now you refuse to reply!

Please let me know my order status IMMEDIATELY and promptly issue a FULL REFUND!

They say it'll ship in 5 business days but then you wait a week email them. Suddenly their warehouse is out of stock so it'll be longer and they'll update you when they get the tracking. 2 months later still have yet to give me a refund for my purchase.
