I received an invoice for Nutra Keto Product for $59.93 and I never ordered this at all. I sent an email to the support email address to cancel this order as I never ordered it, but never received a reply. Then we keep getting these charges for $99 and this $59.93 recurrent on our charge card. Will put a stop to that today.

Took a survey on a store I do business with. 4 questions you get a thermos cup and all you pay is S&H. Lie. Supposed to be some nominal fee instead charged my card 60 bucks. No cup. Why they then started sending me these emails with tracking numbers for a package I have no idea. Didn't even realize it was the same scammer. Next I know I get this heaven knows what powder in a container marked keto. ugh. Had to cancel my card.

I have been getting repeat charges on my credit card for $99.97 for something I never ordered and never received. I have blocked all recurring charges on my credit card and reported fraud every time. I must have entered my credit card info when ordering something else that I did receive and they must have sold my credit card info. I am very glad that I have alerts on all my credit cards for any amount over $0 so I know immediately when there is any charge on any of my cards. I have caught so many fake charges this way. Everyone should have $0 level alerts on their cards.

They scammed me
They got 59.93 from my card I was only supposed to paid $2.95 but no charge was taken from my card then I noticed that is took 59.93! It's keto product supposedly.. have gotten several email with bogus tracking numbers I said delivered but no delivery I have cameras and a ring camera all my delivery are recorded

me too. I did get a little container of some garbage that says keto on it. I have no idea what it is or why. I hate scammers.

I applied for a "free" item. I paid shipping for said item and the next morning I had 2 bank charges from a totally different company. www.mysterynutraclub.com doesn't even exist amymore.

I was charged two times but I didn't order anything from mystery nutra club. I worry that I got scammed. I never even heard of this company, I never got a phone number to actually talk to someone. Obviously my pension and retirement $ that disappeared because of this...

Name that money of pending charge was used Zulsec
Used United States Postal office design and logo format to bait a charge for delivery. $2.85 amount of charge to pay then after transaction account of Visa card was charged $59.93 pending transaction.

Thought I was paying for $2 shipping for a "complimentary" product. Wound up being charged 59.93 on March 28, 2024 and another 59.93 is pending today. I called the # showing on my bank account. Was for some place that loads minutes onto a pay by minute phone. Scam!

I received an e-mail from Kroger's and was told that if I take a survey that they will ship me a 36 piece Tupperware storage container set for the cost of shipping, which they said was $6.99,, so I charged it to my credit card, and the card was denied. After calling the credit card number and answering a lot of their questions, they cleared my account so that the charge would go through, then I checked the charges on my card and found a charge from ZULSEC for $99.97 and one from SECURE PAY for $59.93, but nothing or $6.99 the quoted priceand I refuted the charge, but was told that the charge hadn't posted yet and the fraud department said that they were going to cancel my credit card and issue me a new one, but being handicapped I knew that the soonest I would be able to get the card was in 4 days if they overnighted it. I said no to that as this was the second card that I had received in less than a month from this company and they said that they would not be responsible if a charge was placed against that card from the same people. When they give me a new card they show me the last 4 digits but can't tell me the other 12 digits, but the last time this happened another company was able to get the number and charge agaainst it. Go Figure.

Was told I want a free designer tote bag all I had to pay was 295 for shipping charged me 5993 for some keto product immediately contacted my bank put in a fraud claim contacted the Better Business Bureau and the department of consumer affairs on these people Absolutely unbelievable

On March 16 I saw a Facebook add for a marc jacobs bag ,clicked on and saw a lot of comments with pictures showing the bag they got from this site and all they had to do was answer a few questions and pay for shipping. So after reading the comments it seemed very legit, so I went and clicked on the link it asked me a few questions and said I qualify for the free bag I just had to pay 2.99 for shipping. Then I get a notice that 59.00 was just charged to my account. Then I get an email confirmation of the 59 being charged and some keto product being bought which is not what I was paying shipping for. Then today I got a email that the keto product had shipped and is supposed to arrive on Monday the 8th. Who know what is actually coming if even anything. I want a refund because I didn't agree to $59 and didn't want any keto products it was supposed to be a purse.

Update- No refund has been provided and I received this diet/keto pills which was not the purse it was supposed to be. So irritated that there are these kind scams out there with so many legit looking comments and pictures showing the product I was supposed to get. Here is what the scammers sent

The e-mail stated I had won a Stanley Thermal Cup from Starbucks. I was asked to take a short survey and pay $6.99 for shipping and handling. This looked to be legitimate and I took the survey and put in the information for S&H. A few moments later my bank made me aware of 2 charges to my bank account. They were both from ZULSEC, STAFFORD, TX. One was for $59.93 on 04/04 at 17:38 CDT and the other was for $99.97 on 04/04 at 17:43 CDT.

Facebook post to receive a free bottle of Jamison whiskey. Answered four questions was told I qualified. Went to pay $2.50 postage was charged $59.63. These people are crooks!

SOCIAL MEDIA ADD FOR A PURSE FREE AND SHIPPING COST IS 2.99. WHEN I GOT THE CONFIRMATION 59.93 HAS BEEN CHARGED AND TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT. I CANCELLED IT THE SAME DAY NOT EVEN 2 HOURS PAST. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THEY SENT IT BUT THERE IS NOTHING. NOW I GET ANOTHER EMAIL STATING THAT THEY WILL JUST REFUND ME HALF AND I CAN KEEP THE PRODUCT. I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE A PRODUCT. WHY TAKE HALF THE MONEY? IF YOU WANT I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION ON EMAIL.
PLEASE ASSIST ME, IT WILL SAVE A LOT OF TROUBLE FOR OTHER SENIORS LIKE ME WHO FALL FOR THESE. I KNOW I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BUT I GOT TAKEN IN.

I was emailed saying PayPal wa offering me and exclusive deal and all I had to do was take a survey. Took the survey then chose my prize I went to check out they said it would cost 6.99 although it was supposed to be free and then they charged me 59.78 and I can’t seem to get my money back
