I searched online for a new snow blower and found one advertised on NBtoolsshop.com. I completed the order form and paid via PayPal which then said the money went to one "Tara Watson." I never received an order confirmation and when I tried to cancel the order with PayPal, they said because it was "a family and friends transaction" it wasn't covered under their Purchase Protection Program. I tried in every way to contact NBTools. Their phone is not in service. Emails came back as 'undeliverable.' I tried to message 'Tara Watson' via PayPal but that was also undeliverable. I googled the street address given and supposedly there are two shoe companies there and one of them has the same bogus phone number as NBTools! I contacted my credit card company who are now in the process of doing a fraud investigation.
